Great service

The service in this company has deteriorated greatly. Callbacks and other things are simply not handled. It's a real shame because we have been a customer for a very, very long time.

Always nice and friendly service, competent advice in all areas. We are very satisfied with the Auto Center's services.

Our AH helped us in an exemplary manner in our matter. After an insurance claim occurred (on business) in Nuremberg, we were 'only' allowed to pay the bill at the local VW workshop. The mobility guarantee was only activated at home. Thank you for that.

Relatively spontaneously, shortly before work, I stopped by the auto center without registering in advance. The service was simply great. At no point did the impression given that one was being disruptive or that one was ruining the end of the day. This meant I was able to complete the purchase straight away without needing another appointment. The pickup went completely smoothly and was accompanied by great service. Starting with the pick-up at the train station, through the super detailed instructions, to the call after a few weeks to check whether everything is OK! We are completely satisfied and sad that we cannot use this car dealership for service appointments due to the distance.

We didn't buy our car there, which is a bit of a shame in retrospect, but Mr. Zerche was there to help us with advice and support when we had questions and was able to solve a problem for us quickly and successfully. Thanks for the great service.

After a phone call, I was there to look at a used car. It then turned out on site that the vehicle was involved in an accident. This was neither mentioned in the advertisement (mobile+VW used car exchange) nor was I informed of it by telephone before the viewing. In addition, the car was in poor general condition (dents and scratches), which was neither visible in the pictures nor mentioned in the advertisement. The seller was unreasonable. I spent time and gas money getting there in vain. I would definitely recommend that everyone ask questions over the phone!!!

A great car dealership. The seller, Mr. Kretzschmann, met all my expectations. He called back immediately, contact on the phone, via WhatsAPP, e-mail, everything was problem-free. The new car was exactly as described. He was even able to shorten the delivery time. Gets full marks from me. Actually it deserves 7 stars...
