The
worst
experience
of
my
hole
life!.
Never
again,
not
recomended
at
all.
There
are
some
good
doctors
working
at
the
center,
as
Dr.
Picaro
and
Dr.
Tsakmakidis,
but
the
management
is
a
total
shame,
lacking
professionalism,
honesty,
and
decency.
The
center
suffers
from
lack
of
good
internal
communication,
and
I
paid
for
that.
To
give
an
example:
A
molar
was
pulled
out,
to
me,
on
the
day
of
the
check-up,
the
doctor
was
on
vacation,
and
the
substitute
didn't
know
that
she
had
to
take
the
gauze
off,
nor
did
she
see
it
!!!.
I
was
feeling
very
uncomfortable
and
took
pictures
of
the
area
everyday,
thanks
to
that
I
discovered
that
thear
it
was
as
the
hole
was
opening
more
and
more.
After
being
removed
with
delay
at
the
clinic,
I
felt
a
lot
of
discomfort
and
I
asked
the
manager
for
a
check-up,
at
no
cost
to
me.
She
did
not
answer
my
email,
but
called
me
by
phone
(smart)
and
promised
me
that
appointment
at
no
cost
to
me.
On
the
appointment
day,
the
young
lady–doctor
said
that
everything
was
fine,
and
while
I
was
still
sitting
on
the
chair,
she
gathered
other
doctors
and
the
lady
at
the
desk
(encharged
of
administracion),
and
tolked
for
a
while
in
a
very
low
voice.
Knowing
that
I
had
financial
difficulties
at
the
time,
she
made
me
signe
two
documents
that
I
did
not
understand
in
german,
saying
that
both
where
for
the
same
purpose
(wich
was
sending
it
the
AKSO
dental
department
where
they
would
not
pay
for
it,
though
I
did
not
know).....Then
I
received
a
letter
with
the
bill
incluiding
a
threat
that
if
I
didn't
pay
they
would
take
me
to
court!
I
tried
to
reason
with
the
young
lady
doctor,
and
all
I
got
was:
"you
signed
a
document
,so
you
have
to
pay".
They
know
very
well
what
they
do.
In
the
end
I
had
to
pay
with
a
surcharge.
Is
all
about
money.
No
professional
has
ever
humiliated
me
like
that.
NEVER
AGAIN!!!.
