Stylish and large rooms, very clean, comfortable, and friendly personal. The reception is not open 24h and the host stayed late to accommodate our arrival. The breakfast gives you a very good start into the day, eggs will be prepared on demand, and a nice spread of toppings and fresh bread is available. It is located very close to the city centre, so it is a good starting point for sight seeing.

A clean ⭐️⭐️⭐️ hotel. The rooms itself and bathrooms are clean. The parking space is a bit far away. The breakfast is a continental breakfast style but they offer fresh made pan eggs what I liked. 3 types of breakfast meat, some cheese, fruits and oats. The coffee is also not the best. It’s a fine hotel but don’t expect to much. I would go there again.

The location is great, in walking ditance from a lot of great places to visit. The room was very clean and the staff were very polite and helpfull. Would recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Very nice hotel, great value for the money, and very well located, close to downtown. Great breakfast buffet. And very kind and friendly staff.

Very calm hotel near to the city center. Rooms are clean and recent. Staff was nice and helpful. Only two minor negatives: no vegan options at breakfast even for milk + the TV remote is blocked so that there is no possibility to change the program language.

Magnetic cards were not working and therefore I have to ask all the time for someone to open the door.

Typical 3-star hotel in the center of Aachen. The room was small but had all necessities. The electronic lock of the door was broken and replaced with a metal key. Parking lot well hidden but fully usable. 3 stars for a 3-star hotel.

Room was small but for 2 people adequate for sleeping. Staff very friendly and spoke English. Breakfast was great for us with good variety. Hotel is well situated and close to public parking.

Everything was fine. The rooms are a bit small. The stuff behavior is fine and the whole hotel is really clean. But it is a bit expensive.
