Extremely disgraceful experience. Shortage of ice and no cold water for drinking during such adverse hot weather conditions and high temperature of 46 degrees. Rude staff and shameful service, not ready to resolve our problem. We were a family of 10 members and the staff treated my parents very badly and was rude to them when they politely told the staff to check their air conditioners since it was not working. Manager and staff was too sloppy and literally was not bothered of their customers. Somebody vomitted at the entrance and even the staff did not cleaned it and was busy gossiping themselves. My advise avoid visiting such mismanaged place for your own health sake.

Cold coffee was not cold and the masala dosa was over salty.

Had a great experience, superb service. Food was great, Newly opened. Pricing is reasonable.Everyone greeted us at entry & exit, Staff was in well uniformed and well behaved. Offered us clean bowls at the end. Will definitely recommend people to visit this restaurant. #southindian

Though sagar Ratna is told to be famous for south Indian food but we tried north Indian today here and some Chinese and we loved it .. especially aloo ka parantha , dal makhni and veg kabab.. One should go here with their families or a get together with friends .. A good quality hygienic restaurant with obviously good food too …

Very good food and quick service specially attendant Ashish was courteous. Starter Idli Chaat -- Must Try Veg Spring Roll -- Everyone Likd Main Course Rava Masala Dosa Masala Dosa Rava Paneer Masala Dosa Rava Mysore Masala Dosa Dosa were very crisp, Sambar taste good, Chutneys served all fresh. Filter coffee was also good

North Indian executive thali was aweful! Rice had to be returned due to foul smell and the other items were even stale. Paneer sabji was full of sugar.. Worst part was restaurant staff arguing and defending on quality of their thali! This was the last visit to Sagar Ratna!

Can't get enough of this place. The starling mall outlet has one of the best food you can have in NCR region at a Sagar Ratna. Masala dosa done to perfection, upma was delicious. Lemon rice and dahi vada had to be ordered twice to get the fill of them. We ended the meal with filter coffees. Amazing service and fantabulous food

Food is tasty and rich in flavors 😋 but.. but.. prices are at upper side. They offer decent thali also.. 😃 Idli chatt was really unique and good.. Overall good experience!!!

Nice place to sit and enjoy eating with family. It is situated in Starling Mall. Parking is an issue on weekends. The place is usually not crowded on even weekends. The restaurant is pure veg and the menu has a wide variety of dishes. The Hara Bhara Kabab we had was very good.

It is located on the first floor. Nice ambience. Good atmosphere for family and friends for a peaceful hangout. Quality of food is good. Must try Idli Chaat. Courteous staff.

Need to spruce up the service. I'm today's times with so many eating out options, service has to be good. Unfortunately, it was lacking at Sagar Ratna. You cannot bring the doses with one plate over another. It's a norm at sugar Ratna, have return3d food at other outlet also. The same thing happened here. Taste wise everything was good. The Masada dosa, the rava Masada, tried chetrinad dosa which was very nice. Gear up guys !!

Poor quality food. Plus no antiques. They served a very salty Paneer Chilly. We could taste it after getting served in out plate. Only 1 piece was left in the serving bowl. When we brought it to their notice They replaced that 1 piece paneer with a different garnishing. So we were supposed to eat the other pieces with excess salt. And they charged us full plate. Despite bringing this to the notice of the biling team they said its the the way we bill. So we paid in full but this was out last visit to this restaurant. Very unprofessional.

Though my experience for Sagar Ratna was never a good one. Moreover this is regarding Sector 104. Again i had to experienced the same because of there food quality and taste is deterioting. Two families are sitting next to me on my right and left. One have complaints related to taste and quality and another one has service issue and he was literally shouting on the staff. M sure owner does not mind such feedback as they are minting money due to there Location and footfall.

Yesterday we have visited Sagar ratna starling mall and we had geat time there was my grandfather birthday so we have enjoyed a lot . Staff was very polite Service was superfast Ambience was good Food was also good specially onion rawa masasal dosa. Definitely highly recommended

Below average Resturant with cost at par with the top South Indian returns around. Found same experience in Advant as well, effectively telling me quality control of Sagar Ratana chain has dropped many notch below it used to be

Decent food and service. Slightly slow in bringing food. South Indian food like dosa and biryani were relatively bland but North Indian food was good. Decent quantity.

Pathetic food. Naming it as sagar ratna special thali. They serves half cooked soggy poori, burnt veggies seems like heated multiple times, tasteless daal.

Going by the brand name of Sagar Ratna went to this branch in noida sector 104 in The Starling Mall, was very disappointed with the taste of the food. Ordered Veg Manchurian which was depicted as one of their best dishes, it was ok not great. South Indian Thali was also bland and average. Other items were also ok. We ordered many items as we were hungry and excited, but the not so good taste of the food there spoilt my mood. Finally since a lot of food was left over, we asked the waiter to pack the Manchurian and Suprise surprise!! when we opened the pack later at home, it some leftover Aloo curry😵‍💫🤯

Good place to visit, food taste and ambience same as any other Sagar Ratna restaurant. Not cheap neither too expensive. Hygiene and service are their best thing.

Pure South Indian taste for all items, very hygiene and good behaviour staff. & Yes it's costly (too high price) - maybe staff salary and other expenses making them to charge high. Cash and card accepted, but sometimes scan & pay won't work. Free parking space for both vehicles. Dont miss the south indian filter coffee.

Good food. Good service. Though a word of caution for drinks. Stick to the Indian ones like butter milk etc.

Food is very good, All staff are very polite and behavioural, even they ask you after some time if you want anything. That's a good thing 👍 One important thing i just want to add in my review that they don't offer " THALI " in Dinner you must pick separately any item, "THALI " is available in Lunch only.

I have been to this place today and ordered Andhra pessaretu...bogus they are ..it is made of green lentil(moong)..and instead of green moong dosa they gave mein normal urad dal and rice dosa..pathetic and on the top of it upma they had put as stuffing was bland onion and green chilli from the top and not cooked ideal upma with peanuts and roasted/fried onion..no curry leaves etc..I am no longer a patron of sagar ratna from now onwards.

Have only been here once, in the noida area so can't say much about every dish on the menu. The food is okay. Service can be slightly better, staff is polite so that's a good thing. Overall it's a good restaurant.

I reached their yesterday around 9:30pm for having south indian meal (Dosa). I had ordered Mysore masala dosa, inside which I found rotten potato. The onion chutney tatsed stale. On complain they provided one with good taste but they didn't accepted it to be old and not fresh. Same was the case with nariyal chutney. Tasted stale and not aesthetic at all. On complaint they provided one with good tatse. They didn't served green chutney just because it was finished. They didn't even bothered to convey us this.we came to know when we asked what chutney they serve with dosa. Overall Worst Experience

Good variety with peculiar taste..dahi vada is a speciality, not to be missed. Overall a good experience for a exclusive dining experience along with family..

Always a pleasure to go for lunch/dinner. Food, service n staff all are good
