Went for eye checkup on Saturday, the test procedure was all fine till checkup, the eyes were dilated and checked and doctor mentioned I need a progressive lens, as my near vision has issue, however a little bit in far vision as well and called for PMT on Monday. When I went for PMT on monday, the attendent said, the progressive lens is not required. and near vision is fine, the issue is with far vision. I requested to staff to meet the doctor again and they said its not possible, why bhai, I paid 650 for the consultation, not for mismatching and confusing results. So the question here is , Was doctor incorrect on Saturday test or staff incorrect on Monday's result. So I went to a optical shop to make my lens and they said, they have given you a very high number, which is not required and retested my eyes. My request to Eye Health clinic is, please , if someone is coming to you, he/she is coming for proper diagnosis of problem, not for mismatching results

I recently bought eyeglasses from EHC. Mr. Yusuf Khan patiently tried to understand my problem and accordingly advised lenses that would meet my requirement. After seeing a doctor's prescription, he instantly felt some ambiguity and was advised to re-check the power. After having checked by the EHC optometrist it was found my left eye power was inadvertently mentioned as +2 instead -2. I will never recommend this doctor to anyone. She gave me wrong power ,I got my spectacles made as per that power but couldn't see anything after wearing it. Got eye test done again n found out that power has increased instead of decreased ( as prescribed by this doctor).

Excellent services provided by the doctor and specially by Mr. Yusuf optical shop located inside the clinic . He suggested us Eyezen glasses from Essilor which we found really good. He also took correct size and suggested us good quality frame. His behavior and knowledge is great and home service delivery was also provided. I recommend his shop. Keep it up.
