Very Good Hotel. We had a wonderful stay here. Their complementary breakfast is lavish and the buffet spread is huge. I recommend this hotel for all tourists even though the staff are not so friendly to Indians.

My experience staying at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. On the positive side, the hotel itself is beautiful, spacious, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The service is reasonable, and it's fantastic that they offer 24/7 service. However, there were some frustrating aspects. The major issue was being charged twice for parking. We had already paid for it upon arrival, but I was charged again at checkout. Despite my previous complaint, there was no follow-up call or compensation offered. Additionally, the prices for water and other amenities inside the hotel were unreasonably high, almost ten times the general market price. This lack of logic in pricing made my visit to this hotel quite irritating."

Very nice hotel near the airport. Rooms clean, breakfast below average for Belgium standards and compared to hotels in vicinity. Staff very helpfull.

I just dined in in the restaurant inside of Holiday Inn hotel Brussels airport. I’m very disappointed. Asked the server how the chicken was prepared, he said roasted. I asked if can be made without hot spices and the curry sauce on the side. He said yes. Came out a chicken stew with lots of a soupy curry. My partner ordered fish and chips. The fish was a tiny piece of frozen cod. Tons of soggy steak cut fries. We’re starving after a long flight. We didn’t returned the food but servers need to be more prepared. Also, it’s very expansive. 65€ for a fish and chips and chicken breast stew.

We had a road trip to Belgium and Holiday Inn fit all our needs. We are family of six members and we for 2 rooms very nicely. Rooms are spacious and really loved the Dove products in the bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of varieties. Will surely come back again. Thank you IHG

WE have been here for 3 nights at the end of our holiday and cannot be more pleased about EVERYTHING here at Holiday Inn Brussels Airport. It has been the BEST hotel experience that we have had - as soon as we walked in Jerome at the front desk was warm, welcoming, professional and attended to our every need after a long and tiring travel day - As well, I had a health issue which Jerome was kind enough to make suggestions about in such a caring way. Carlos, Jerome's colleague also at the front desk is another gem that remained patient and smiling and professional no matter how many questions we had. The room we had was perfect - the cleaning staff is second to none with the detail in cleanliness. The restaurant staff and food was above and beyond our expectations with chef Domenico and Gianfranco, Baki and all the other wonderful restaurant staff always genuinely joyful and ready to help if needed. Wonderful meals all day long are served and in the morning there is the most amazing buffet breakfast. The location is lovely and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is only a 10 minute walk to the train station which will take you into the city or other destinations. The airport shuttle is an added bonus and convenience. Thank you Holiday Inn Brussels Airport - YOU ARE ALL AN EXCEPTIONAL TEAM - we will be back !

Firstly, the room key card did not work. When I did get in, I noticed some fluid drips above the window, which were sticky. One of the supposed hand towels had wet coloured stains on it. I can only imagine what they were. The room heater/air conditioner did not work, and it was really cold overnight. On a positive note, breakfast was good, but to be honest, I could wait to get out

Amazing...Amazing...Amazing. I have visited hotels in Brussels and this tops them all. Style, deco, comfort and taste...name it they got it all. Rooms designed for your comfort, the lounges, diner/restaurant...oh my God! AMBIENCE AT ITS BEST. My highlight was CARLOS....his warm reception, courtesy as well as overwhelming helpfulness..I recommend him fir a raise😉 Thank you Carlos🌹

I have to say the hotel itself was really comfortable, clean. Unfortunately, on Saturday evening , we wanted to eat in the restaurant and was told a 3/4: of an hour wait. We waited and were then told another 3/4 of an hour wait. In the restaurants defence, they were rushed off their feet. I then went out to reception where I tried to get advice on whether you could order Uber Eats and needed help., I was taken aback at the rudeness and the poor customer service from the gentleman who was in charge of the reception desk. It's for that reason, I have given 3 stars for service.

The gym room is new, big and well equiped. And the beautiful garden Is perfect for the summer breakfast outside! The reception was also very friendly and informative. Good experience!

Rooms are ok but thin walls and bed linnen is not great. Service is great. Food is not what it used to be unfortunately and the parking is expensive. Still easily one of the better hotels in the airport area. Not much too do in the direct neighborhood, or rather: nothing.

Outside the hotel looks ugly, but the inside is excellent. The room is very big and clean. But the service is what really impressed me. I had a problem with the charges in my credit card. The front desk was flooded and asked me to send an email. I did and the problem was solved immediately by the night shift personnel. Might seem normal, but I come from exactly the opposite experience in another franchise (more than 6000€ for 3 days, credit card blocked and the response was "this is no charge. When you leave only the real amount will remain", ignoring my claim to remove the extra charges to unlock the card) so I appreciate the gesture for what is worth.

Best Holiday Inn I visited in 40 years , and I have been to a lot. One of best hotels I also stayed in. Very recommendable. For a change big room with a standalone AIrco. Nice restaurant. Great shuttle service that however does not run whole day!

I stayed at the hotel due to flight cancellation, which is a sad thing. However, I’d say the time stayed at the hotel is wonderful! The staff are professional and friendly, helping me to check in quickly. Besides, the room is very nice and large, good enough for two people to stay. It’s unfortunate for the flight cancellation, but the hotel experience is really good. Highly recommended for travelers to Brussels.

Very nice hotel that offers free shuttle to/from the airport. Our room is big and even the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. Everything in the room is clean and well arranged. Will stay again for sure. Breakfast is 25eruo/person if you didn’t book earlier.

This is a regular hotel network and you can expect no problems if you just want to stay for a night. It's far away from the city but parking still costs an absurdly high amount of money (paris parking in front of the triumph arc is cheaper). The first floor atmosphere is nice, service is solving questions and problems. Hallways I would definitely change a design because doors look outdated and depressing compared to the room's renovation that is nice (except the lamp above the head that you hit the whole night). In general it's a good place to stay overnight outside a city.

Ah, the restaurant at the Holiday Inn, where the steaks are as thin as parchment and the veggies mourn their existence. Last night, I embarked on what I thought would be a culinary journey, only to discover it was more of a culinary misstep. For a mere 35€, I was presented with a steak that could've doubled as a bookmark, both in thickness and nutritional value. This marvel of modern cooking was accompanied by vegetables that had given up on life itself and fries that seemed to have been on a desert trek before arriving on my plate - dry and begging for a hint of salt. As if the food's tragic tale wasn't enough, the ambiance was seasoned with the lingering aroma of fish juice, a remnant of an aquatic mishap that no one seemed eager to address. It's not every day you dine in an olfactory marine exhibit, but Holiday inn restaurant made sure to tick that off my bucket list. In a surprising twist, the Stella Artois emerged as the knight in shining armor, a beacon of hope amidst culinary despair. It’s noteworthy that the best part of the meal was the one thing the kitchen hadn’t touched. Perhaps there’s a lesson in there somewhere. Would I recommend the Holiday inn restaurant? Only if you're an enthusiast of culinary cautionary tales or in desperate need of a paper-thin steak for your next bookmark. Cheers to the Stella, though - the unsung hero of the night.

Okay, I had read there was not an airport shuttle available but in fact there is. The hardest part of staying here was that the public bus driver dropped us off at the wrong stop. Nice airport hotel. Helpful front desk staff. Really good breakfast. Room took a while to heat up at night so turn on the heat ahead of time. We were only there overnight but enjoyed a restful stay. Would stay again if being by the airport is important. We took the scheduled shuttle to the airport. I think it was $5.

I was absolutely surprised by the service of the hotel and how it looks like in a very good way 😅The hotel is just amazing: refurbished and stylish rooms with a comfortable bed, friendly stuff, very convenient shuttle to the airport starting from 4 a.m. ! Super cool. Highly recommended!

I arrived there after a cancellation of my flight, and what should I say, it saved my whole day. The welcome was really warm, the service was nice. Due to our late arrival, they recommended us to eat first before close the buffet. The bedroom and the bathroom were clean. I really enjoyed the stay though it was short. Special mark for the coconut desert: extremely good!

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in for quite a while. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The restaurant managed to accommodate us even though we hadn't booked a table, prices weren't too bad considering it is an airport Hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Location was a bit far out as we weren't catching a flight, but otherwise a very good hotel, would definitely recommend.

Very pleasant stay at holiday inn. Hotel was spotless and staff very friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and plenty of choice with selection of hot and cold food and pastries. 15-20 min transfer from airport which is good. The only down side was room service which was disappointing. On my return from a long day I called room service for some milk only to be told that I had to come down and collect from the restaurant. I think this is missing the point of "room service" slightly. If its not an option, why not remove it from the options and avoid disappointment. Other than that a great stay at the Holiday Inn.

This review is referring to the restaurant. The food quality is good, but the service is a bit random. It would have been nice to receive like (most but not all) tables a little platter of bread and butter. Especially if the waiting time for food generally is long, some at the table ordered a starter - which makes the wait without anything even longer. The rooms itself are nice, clean and feel modern and luxurious.

The staff here are very friendly and my room is always clean. The outside of the hotel looks average, but it is very modern inside. Far better than what I was expecting

I've been to ~30 different Holiday Inns, and this is the best one I've ever enjoyed. The new check-in process at the front was innovative and the staff was really quite nice. The room looked brand new and the view from the breakfast garden was wonderful.

Holiday Inn Brussels Airport is amazing. Great hotel, spacious room, nice bar downstairs, great customer service. The location is quiet and nice. I booked a room here after my disappointment at ibis budget Brussels Airport. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic hotel! Food was lovely. Harvest Salad for dinner and the scrambled eggs at breakfast are one's to try, absolutely delicious, and the cocktails are divine! Lovely friendly approachable staff and big comfy beds for a good night's sleep what more can you ask for! 😊

We stayed for one night, after an exhausting trip. The decor is fabulous, the rooms spacious, very clean and a very welcome complementary drinks in the fridge. After a great night's sleep we had a substantial breakfast. All staff very helpful. Massive thank you.

Usually coming here when visiting my office branch in Brussels. Hotel is great, clean, spacious rooms and very comfortable. Being here for business trips, I usually eat at the hotel restaurant for dinner. Food is good but always same choices. I would appreciate more variety! However I recommend this hotel.

By far one of the best hotel experiences I ever had, incredibly welcoming staff and beautiful surroundings.

From the moment I came in, all of the staff welcomed me. I had a chat with Evan, the G manager who is very kind and also with the receptionists Veronica, Yves, Iina and Michiel who were very welcoming. My check in was a self check in which was done with Naiara who assisted me through it. The kiosk/self check in is very effective and simple and very rare to see so it was interesting! The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. The breakfast I had was AMAZING! There were so many choices and very well presented. Jamily, the F&B was so kind!! Overall, it was one of my best hotel experiences. They made me feel very welcomed and ‘at home’

This is probably one of the unfriendliest hotels I have ever seen! The check-in agent was very rude! He refused to accept my credit card, because the numbers where not embossed. One who works with credit cards should know that they come in all shapes and forms, and I have rarely seen a place which refuses MasterCard's. What an incompetent statement! I asked for his superior, and she did the check-in with me. And what happened then? The card was accepted and it went through! By the way, the room was already paid in advance with the same card! How can one be so unprofessional and cause unnecessary problems? You should really train your staff better! I stayed for 3 nights and always I walked through the lobby he "fake smiled" at me. Of course, he was mad! I will avoid every hotel branded as a HolidayInn! I prefer to pay more and enjoy a better service! This was really unprofessional!
