The hotel was very clean, we were afraid when we read the previous comments, but never everywhere was clean, if you do not say that the bed, wc and the hotel alone are far from the city, if you do not say that it can be used, you can also spend time in the restaurant at the entrance, eating and drinking TV. There was not much extra, the room was small but clean, the variety and taste at breakfast is good, you should only consider it due to its location.

Not a four star hotel. Room is good, price is ok but higher than advertised. Breakfast not included and I suspect overpriced. I would go to Marriott next door if to spend extra few quid to get 4 Star with all of the services running even during the COVID. Also staff has problem speaking English so it’s hard to communicate clearly. Maybe it’s COVID, but the place was extremely quiet not only in the premises, but also in the surrounding area. I kind of wanted to relax, but it could be this is going to be permanent around there.

So, if you have any allergies best avoid this hotel, they have no care for anyone with allergies. I am a celiac, on my first day we got there we were all informed the restaurant was on a small menu due to staff issues, so there was nothing at all for me on this small menu (I have come to expect this) what I didnt expect was to be totally ignored at breakfast. I took a sign that explained my allergies in the local dialect, I took 3 different cards to avoid any issues. I gave the sign to the receptionist who took me to the breakfast buffet and said there was nothing for me. Come the 2nd day, I did the same as the receptionist was different, he took the sign to the chef who informed him there was nothing they could make me. So at €120 a night for bed and breakfast, I couldn't have any breakfast, 3 nights I stayed and I didnt have a single item of food from the hotel. I asked to speak to a manager who obviously ignored me as she didn't want the hassle. When I got home I emailed the company who own ibis (it was a pain to find an email in the first place) they said it wasn't correct and would email the hotel to investigate the issue. After 2 days I get an email back from the manager of the hotel, the email said there was actually something I could eat bar the ham and cheese her receptionist stated. She also explained there was no cross contamination even though I was watching her staff contaminate all the food she claimed I could have. I emailed back and obviously she couldn't be bothered to reply. I tried to email the initial company who now ignored me and refuse to solve this issue. I have never experienced anything like this before, I had nothing to eat for breakfast and as we were on the spa f1 trip when we all got to the track again there was nothing for me so I ended up loosing alot of weight due to this. At €120 a night its ridiculous to think there was no breakfast for me, its even worse to think the hotel refused to dp anything about it. They have a sign above the buffet that had all the allergies on it but clearly this is just a facade as if you ask the staff they have no clue and just stand there going well you can't have any food, it's a shame. Please bare in mine this hotel is in the middle of an industrial estate and there are no other restaurants or takeaways nearby so if you can't eat at the hotel you have to travel to Brussels to get something. So the hotel its self. As stated the staff are all useless and have no care whatsoever The room was small, cold, dirty and unsuitable. There was no safe, the tv didn't work, the window wouldn't close properly, the room was always cold but they provided massive duvets to counter this. One night at 4am there was some kid in the hall having a shouting match with himself, this wouldn't have been the hotel's issue, but I was the first room on the ground floor next to reception, so when this guy was shouting and waking up the whole hotel, he was 5meter away from the receptionist who didn't do anything about this man. After waking me up and him not stopping for 5 min I finally had to get out of bed to tell him to shut up. About 30min later I got up and went past reception and he was stood having a chat to the receptionist so this is clearly a normal thing as the receptionist did nothing about this person. I wouldn't ever recommend this hotel, it was poor in every aspect and the staff were undertrained and useless. I cant comment on the breakfast as they refused to cater for me. The staff are rude, the location is rubbish, they charge to park overnight on top of hotel cost, the window in the room was broken and I didnt feel safe during my stay.

Small but clean rooms, no safe in the room, the free WiFi is unsecured. Friendly staff.

The best price hotel at the time in Brussels, actually even less expensive than the Ibis budget next door! Absolutely fine, old style rooms but the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The room was extremely clean. A door that acts as both the bathroom door and an extra one to reduce noise from the outside hall is a great idea, I wish more hotels did this. Tasty "Karemeliet" beer from the bar, and silver members of Accor also got a little box of chocolate from the friendly receptionist, which I really appreciated! The hotel is actually only 15 minutes walk from the train station Diegem, so you can get to Brussels centre there for only 2.50 €. Diegem itself also has some wonderful bars for a huge range of Belgium beer. Overall I recommend Ibis Brussels airport!

Rooms are average for an airport hotel, breakfast is nice, continental. Close to the airport, but lots of options to get downtown.

Chaotic start. However everything came into place. The food is great. Actually clean room. The lager 🍺 beer was awesome. We'll see when I stay more than a day overthere. But I liked it

Pretty pleased with all staff (resturant, housekeeping & receptionist). 5 stars breakfast with great variety, fresh bakeries, waffle machine and excellent service from the lady there. Giving 2 stars because of the room, very old outdated furniture and toilet, and low water pressure from shower made it not a pleasant stay.

Have been in Brussels many times for meetings at Eurocontrol, so the location is good for me. But I have to give my first low rating that I have made in the last 10 years, I don't give ratings normally. 1. Bad smell in the room, dirty AC as you can see from one of the photos, it seems no one has cleaned it for a long time. 2. Bag lost, the first time in my life that I lost something in a hotel room, nothing valuable, as you can see from the photo, just beer, milk, water, banana, snacks, and toothbrush, cost me just several Euros, bought them from the airport. After the first day's meeting, back to the hotel, all were gone, immediately went down and talked to the reception, the lady was kind, she gave me an one time use toothbrush and a bottle of water, appreciated. But still, bad experience, and today I have received an email from the hotel, sure, the housekeeping said no bag at all was in the room. Understood. Maybe I was drinking beer inside Eurocontrol when the others were talking about air traffic, which I forgot about.

Taking into consideration the abusive and speculative prices that the Hotels in the center of Brussels charge, this one was one of the most economic options, but even though, I consider expensive for the quality offered. A 4 star for the cook who despite my late arrival, still prepared me a (expensive) meal. But what I found more bizarre was that when the girl presented me more than 30 euros for a steak with some vegetables and I opened my surprised mouth and ask how is it possible, she just looked at me as if I was an alien or some entity from another world. Anyway, something fundamentally wrong is going on in the travel (planes and hotels) world!

My booking made through the Accor website has been cancelled by the hotel as they didn't see my Credit card on the reservation which is not the case. hopefully, there was a room left. It wasn't really nice to find this out at 11 pm.

We stayed at a Double Bed Room for 1 night and find the hotel to be of the expected Ibis standard. Check-in was smooth and easy. Although the Receptionist charged me the wrong amount, the extra payment was promptly credited back to my credit card a few days later. There are plenty of spaces to park right outside the hotel, and the overnight parking charge of €12 is reasonable. We are very happy with our stay, and have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others who need to stay near the Airport for convenience purposes.

Cozy, affordable hotel near Bruxelles Airport. Breakfast is good, although not a big variety. Juice, coffee, tea, meat, eggs and a lot of other meals. A bar with a terrace with Belgian beer on the entrance.

Nice stay, convenient to the Zavantem airport and easy trip into Brussels. Unfortunately the resteraunt only serves Pizza during the summer months. Breakfast is quite good.

I only went here to pick up a To Good To Go order, I did not sleep here. I do van say the connection to thé city centre of Brussels is very good and room rates are pretty descent compared to the city centers' hotels.

Stayed at ibis red, as budget closed, but all good as usual. Comfy bed, clean room, quiet. Out of town location, god for work and airport

DIRTY room full of hairs everywhere on the bed in the shower in the sink. Upon notifying the receptionist I've been completed dismissed... I DO NOT recommend, please don't make the same mistake as me in booking here and go elsewhere

I asked before booking of the shuttle bus at the airport still existed, as I couldn't find any information. With Covid they cancelled it, which I can understand, but I was told they still had a QR-code to scan for a shared taxi at €7.50. only ibis doesn't have it (only a wrong one on a visit card) and one you do find it, you find out of 10€ and not available at any time, so you have to book a private one for 20 €. Looks very much like scamming tactics to me. If I knew I would have booked in Brussels Centre instead of middle of nowhere... Now I had to figure out myself how to organize everything. This with the rude attitude of Ibis receptionist, makes it certain I will not return...

This is regarding the restaurant. I truly don’t understand why I cannot get an invoice at the restaurant. I thought issuing an invoice wasn’t a problem in 2023.

Lovely place to stay close to the airport. The room was an okay size, the bed was very soft and not the most comfortable but everything was very clean and the staff very polite. Included breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice. Ideal spot for a few nights if you're just visiting Brussels

Its not a highly recommended stay due to below reasons: 1) No kettle in room 2) No tea/ coffee options in room 3) No gym 4) Not great food options in resturant - It was obvious they just heat up the frozen pizza

Room 203 20/11/2022 i use iphone 13 pro, the wifi doesnt work. Cant Connect. I try since in the night till morning. Really bad for not cheap hotel. Shouldve been included bfast for the price but you pay extra more expensive for it. Not many choices of food. Only italian food for dinner. The saddest is the wifi…..

(Translated by Google) Not the best Ibis I've tried, not because of the amenities offered (room, bed, shower, etc.) but because of the measures taken under the pretext of Covid (perhaps imposed by the Belgian government) that reduces the breakfast service ( that remains copious enough) and also the room that is cleaned one out of every two days. It has a paid parking. And with exorbitant local rates (not the hotel's fault), the price comes off a bit steep in relation to the quality.

I did not enjoy the experience in this hotel! The room is as old as your grandpa. The restaurant is always closed. Even though the staff is overall polite, the facility is kind of a mess.

(Translated by Google) Modern and clean hotel next to the airport. We didn't try the breakfast because it was expensive for what is on offer. The rooms are clean and spacious. The main drawback is the parking which is chargeable, 12 € per day and that there are no other options for parking (the hotel is in the middle of the fields).

Close to airport but without shuttle service. The Taxi service charge me for a private service but was a shared car! Impossible to claim at 4am! Nobody from the hotel answer my complaints

Small room. When i entered with my friend and our suitcases we havent space to walk. There is no electric kettle. The restaurant is not good. When we entered with our group (40 persons) the kitchen can't served breakfast on time. (One person in kitchen). We lost a lot of time to waiting for food.

Excellent location, Ibis Budget and Ibis Airport are near each other, easily used UBER to reach out from the Airport. Clean, great team, excellent breakfast. Higly recommended for a short stay. Small rooms but if you open your suitcases, they fit under the bed.

Staff is very nice, helped as much as they could. Just Rooms are very small and morning breakfast could be improved significantly. Location is good if you have business in vicinity but far from center, train station is near by though
