Nice, modern and clean apartments with friendly, helpful staff. Prices are a bit higher than other places around but I think the quality/price relationship still fits. Their staff are accommodating and helpful so we really haven't had any complaints.

Amazing place to stay, have been travelling around Vietnam and this has been our favourite place so far. Location is great, just a few minutes walk from the beach and surrounded by great cafes. Very clean rooms and spacious enough for 4 of us. Trang and Vi (the concierge) were very pleasant to deal with, very helpful and kind making us feel welcomed with the constant smile and positive attitude. Communication from them was great, they were happy to look after our bags when we arrived so early and sent us a message when the room was ready. Will certainly book again if I come back to Da Nang.

A short trip but I am very satisfied with the service at LIVIE. The most favorite point is the clean room with modern design, balcony and trees. The staff is very enthusiastic and friendly in addition to that the price for 1 night is very reasonable. Located in the center of An Thuong, it is very convenient for moving. Will definitely be back in the near future. Thank you LIVIE!

This apartment was very nice and clean. I had afew issues like my apartment had a bath in picture but not in room. Staff changed me to 2 bedroom apartment with a bath as I expected it as it's in description of the room. The staff were lovely. The cleaners did a good job even putting my washing on for me! The location is perfect with restaurants and nightlife close by. There is not enough hot water though it won't fill the bath. Everything else was perfect.

Really amazing place with great staff. Rooms were amazingly beautiful and clean with everything you need - cooktop, utensils, washing machine, water purifier. All the rooms have an attached balcony with amazing city view. Highly recommended if for someone who is looking for a good place to stay in Da Nang.

Had over a week stay here, was the easiest check-in process and the staff are very friendly an attentive. The room was very immaculate and cleaned so well by staff. Everything you see on website and any advertising is no lie here. Close to all the pubs and eateries An Thuong has to offer, Everything was amazing. 10/10

This is the second time we stay in Livie Da Nang. We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The staffs were so welcoming and attentive, they supported us to check in early and free upgraded our room to family room which was doubled size to our original one. The hotel location is a plus, walkable to My Khe beach and there’re so many restaurants, cafes around the area. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a affordable but fantastic hotel experience in Da Nang!

Average room and ours had an ant problem. I woke up to ants all in my backpack which were really hard to get rid of. I ended up still having them when I got to the airport. I’m not sure why this accommodation has such high rating. Also the cafe downstairs was meant to open at 7am, by 8am the barrister still hadn’t shown up so they couldn’t serve anyone. Not a great experience.

Couldn't be happier with our stay at LIVIE Da Nang An Thuong. Location was central and surrounded by many Bars and Cafes, with a short walk to the beach. Check In was quick and our room was ready as soon as we arrived. We didn't need to make too much contact with staff but when we needed to extend our check out, they were very quick to respond. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels, which is always a nice feeling. Aircon worked a treat, and on one of the night the room was colder than a freezer! We used the roof top pool and probably due to down season, the bar wasn't available. We highly recommend this venue.

Had a great 3 night stay here on our family vacation. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is very warm and welcoming and also very responsive to needs and requests. Our kids loved the pool on the top floor and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

We stayed for 4 nights at Livie An Thuong Da Nang. It was equal to any upmarket hotel we have stayed in Staff gave us extensive information about the rooms, and service information. It was very lovely to feel so welcomed. The location is excellent for exploring the beach area which is only a few minutes walk. Heaps of cafes and restaurants just metres away. The Decor is stunning and there is a very comfortable king sized bed. The studio has a very well equipped small kitchen with dishes, and cooktop. Also a washing machine and dryer. All fittings and appliances are QUALITY and cleanliness was exceptional. A cafe named Sii at level L has good drinks and pastries, good atmosphere. These apartments were such a good find... love rooftop swimming pool, beautiful sunset view.

Elite accommodation! Everything is fantastic. The rooms are absolutely perfect with everything you could need, and very comfortable and so clean. We especially love how there was a fresh water filter so we can drink water without having to buy bottled. The staff are all so sweet and helpful. The coffee shop has great teas and coffee. The location is super - it is around all the food, drinks, and beach! We look forward to staying here again!

We loved our stay at the LIVIE Da Nang An Thuong. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The hotel was spacious, clean, and quiet. A short walk to many delicious restaurants and the beautiful beach. 10/10 would stay here again.

Room was clean and the staff was super friendly. If you stay here you have to check out the infinity pool on the roof that overlook the ocean in the distance. Overall great experience. I would definitely book again.

This was my first trip to Danang, Vietnam. 3 nights and 4 days here was perfect. Nearby restaurants, massage shops, marts, etc., facilities are clean, hot water is always available, golf clothes are washed daily using a washing machine, and the friendly response made the trip more enjoyable and happy. I would like to stay here again on my next Da Nang trip.

We had 4 nights here, and it was a great place to stay. Only 5 minutes walk to the beach and the room is really nicely designed with all the facilities we needed. Also, there are good restaurants and coffee shops close by. Will stay again!

We love Livie! Stayed here for one month and it was so relaxing. The apartments are spacious and comfortable with plenty of windows for fresh air. The coffee shop downstairs is nice and so was the rooftop pool. It’s literally a 5 minute walk to the beach and near so much delicious food. Wifi is also great if you’re working remote and the staff is so friendly. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Solid bang for your bucks accommodation with lots within walking distance or a short taxi ride. Clean and spacious. There’s a rooftop pool for lounging, but not heated so in the winter it probably only makes sense for someone in need of a cold shower ;)

Nice place to stay in Da Nang. Wonderful location close to the beach, restaurants, cafes, hip bars. Love the complete amenities and the bed is so comfortable! It was typhoon season so didn't really get to use the rooftop swimming pool but the view is definitely amazing. 100% will come back here next time I'm in Da Nang.
