I went to Havi Spa for a facial. Staff managed to recommend me a facial based on my concerns and recent skin condition. The treatment was excellent value for money, with staff spending nearly 1.5 hrs on my treatment. We were also given advice following treatment to assist my friend and I with our skin. I felt in very capable, knowledgable hands. I am always concerned of the use of harsh chemicals however my skin felt amazing after the treatment and into the following day. Extractions were completed with care, without breaking my skin or causing unnecessary damage. We were even given a little message and gift for Chinese New Year which was extremely kind and thoughtful and was a testament to the sweet nature of staff. Highly recommend!

I wasn't too impressed with the treatment. It seemed like the staff was new and didn't have much experience. My friend and I booked ahead but that didn't seem to matter as they still asked what treatment we wanted when we came. There was no essential oil/relaxing smell or music (agree with the previous review). They didn't really clean out all of the blackheads on my nose. Pimple popping was painful. It seems like a nice place but the staff need a lot more training to bring a special experience for customers.

It was nice that one person spoke English so we could choose a treatment that I needed/wanted. The issue I had during the treatment was the phones. The person got a call like 4 times. She didn’t turn off her phone after the first call. So I was very annoyed by hearing a phone going off (very loud). When she put the mask on my face and had to wait she went to watch a video in the same room as I was at. So I was constantly interrupted when I was trying to relax and enjoy the treatment. Also after the first person left and someone else finished it the phones went off again! Just very rude. There was no relaxing music or relaxing smells. I thought looking at the pictures it was a professional spa but it actually was not at all. I am happy with the result, but unfortunately I did not enjoy the treatment.

My friend recommended Havi Spa. Everyone here is very friendly, and one person speaks English well.
