Ambience is nice and the entire facility is one of the cleanest in Northeast. The Initial tests are being carried out by people who don’t look like doctors or even nurses! Might be their attire telling me otherwise! To know the facilities, one has to go through the website, as the reception guys are total unprofessional with call handling and information sharing! No empathy, no care for the patients making the calls, unprofessional tone and choice of words from the reception desk are a few of the things you can expect while calling. If you use Assamese, you are given less importance, and that hurts!! Pharmacy is clean and the level of availability of medicines is OK. Quite a range of frames are available too!

First of all the receptionist was too rude and not answering us, at first she told us that we need to wait for 2 hours and when were leaving she told that our check-up will be done in 15 minutes, she herself doesn't know what she is speaking. Staff were not listening to us ignoring us and making us wait for more than 2 hours, even though the patients were not present they didn't allow us to go for check up. They don't respond quickly, showing so much of attitude and roaming from one end to other by taking files and calling names out there. The patients were waiting for so long. And they don't even do the work systematically. They were making the senior citizens sit for so long. Only the doctor was polite. Very poor experience and I will not recommend you this hospital for eye checkup they will take your one whole day. Go at your own risk.

Appreciate Mr. Kishor Deka 's efforts and professionalism who had really took his time to explain the procedures to me and helped me go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. I had been doing my reguler chk up at ASG since 2016... The environment here is very good and service here to patients are best and you get a variety of test for best dignose of your eyes...

I experienced floaters in my vision and went to ASG eye care..after so many tests I met a doctor and he recommended me to visit retina specialist DR...after that, I was depressed after meeting him..He was so arogant and talk to me rudely..he told me that I experienced floaters because of vitreous fluid..and I asked him what is the reason behind this...and he then said rudely " suna nahi kya kya bola"..and told me to visit again 1 month later without saying anything.

It's all business. • More focus on number of patients rather than quality of care. • As a result, had to revisit multiple times after surgery because of surgery related complications. • The worst part is that the Doctor was not transparent at sharing information - he only wanted to cover up mistakes, get deal done quickly and move on to his many pending customers (patients). • Informed consent was not taken appropriately. Patient Safety gone for a toss. Have you even heard of IPSG? I doubt so. • As a patient party, if you are really concerned about safety of your loved ones, think twice before you choose this hospital. (I have been associated with Quality Healthcare for 5 years and find it responsible for me to aware public about such issues)

Waiting hour is too long. One of the staff behavior was not good. On my last visit they manipulated me in making gold membership card saying I'll get discount on my next purchase without any prblm, when I tried to use the card this time, they were having so many issues. Disappointed

beware to treatment in ASG eye hospital, Dr Sandip Borgohain he is not a doctor he is a fraudster , he just trapped patients for earn money, a single doctor run hospital doing all surgeries by a single doctor 10 to 20 surgery in a single day, my father is a diabetic patient went to the asg hospital refferred with a retinal haemmorage , but the councelling team and the doctor forcefully suggest us to go for retinal surgery, doctor (Sandip Borgohain) giving assurance for 100% recovery but after 2 months and visit 6 th time , my father right eye going total blind and the doctor refused to do further treatment and dont received call , and when we investigate after their behaviour that the surgery was wrongly done and even from many sources we have know that Dr.Sandip Borgohain is not a retinal specialised, then why he take the major risk to surgery a diabetic patient .

Today I had an appointment and I registered in your Dispur ASG Hospital by paying Rs.400/- ( Online). But the service is nonsense. It was a very bad experience. My appointment was fix at 5 pm today. But after spending 1hrs one staff come to me and informed me that the Doctor was busy with VC and for that I need to wait more. Its very unprofessional behaviour. They should have scheduled my appointment with other doctors. Staff behaviour is not acceptable. The staff's of ASG HOSPITAL are not fit for Pvt. Sector. I think they should go for central govt. job.

Very poorly managed, less no of specialist doctors , hence a huge waiting time for average doctors like satyen Deka, apparently is managed by ex AIIMS but all the doctors of AIIMS are gone after opening , now u get local doctors with huge demand from patients who have limited idea about available good hospitals nearby. General conscience wants it to be shut as business is good but without much responsibility for patients who want to really be taken care of

Very poor experience with cataract surgery. Multiple revisits were required. The concerned doctor did not provide complete information of negative consequences related to choice of lens. Unfortunately, patient had to suffer with power issues despite use of multifocal lens. Note to all readers: It is a Patient Right to know potential problems. Please read medical Consent forms very carefully before signing, always!

I did not like the staff at all. Even at the reception, right after entering I couldn't see any sort of hospitality towards the people who were coming in. Since we went there early, the people were busy cleaning but then again they were being a little rude to people (from my point of view). So, please look into this matter and try to be a little more kind, responsive and polite towards the visitors

The retina doctor Mr Vivek Suryakant is such an ill mannered person. He doesn't even know how to talk. He just got the MBBS degree for fame and nothing else. Doesn't respond to questions! Misbehaved a lot! Highly disappointed! I mean ASG clinic how could you appoint such I'll mannered doctors. Shame on you! I would recommend everyone to not visit this clinic. Specially the above mentioned doctor. He is pathetic and absolutely ruthless and doesn't know the 'M' of Manners.

Very poor service I have to visit 3 time for a single glass which cost around 6000/- Dr rizwan provide me wrong glass reading. Its my last visit. And guys be caution while visiting there. They were taking pateint like a joke. I have to take my old age mom 3 times for glass reading measurements every time they measure they did wrong reading. fade up unacceptable treatment and services. I visited asg eye hospital downtown for my eye check up. After visiting the hospital I came to know that I am having cataract in both eyes. Then doctor suggest me for cataract operation . I underwent cataract operation . The operation was successful. And I am very much happy for that . All over experience was very good. Staff are very polite and helpful.

Worst time management.. rectify your management processes. The steps should be streamlined as there is no need to wait so much time in every step, rather the some of the steps should have been in continuous manner which will save valuable time.

No use of booking a day prior and having your slot booked. No care for patients timing as the reception guys are total unprofessional with call handling and Data entry ! No empathy, no care for the patients making the calls beforehand a day prior. As per reception registration desk personnel booking your slot doesn’t guarantee anything in advance. Good Hospital , Good treatment, Good ambience and facilities. Extremely Poor patient convenience. There's no provision for online appointment, nor telephonic appointment. You have to come in person, make que and wait endlessly. Even Your serial number will not be displayed in screen as which number is being treated and where does your number fall. One small cafeteria is there serving coffee and some quick bites. Sugar patients may fall due to hypoglycemia as neither can they leave for lunch nor they can sit waiting for their turn , courtesy the inability to see his serial number and how long he can spare to have some lunch outside . It's pathetic in today's Digital world that no online or telephonic appointment is available. In today's world where time is more precious than money, you never know how long you have to wait here as an attendant.

Came from out of state and on reaching I am to know on enquiring, that the said doctor will not be available. Excuse was they could not get in touch with me. No message even on whatsap. Place is good but the staffs are so useless, and horrible. They don't have any idea about the patients who are visiting,or registering their names. They are so unorganised. If you want to visit this place you have to take the initiative and ask every 5minutes about your status update or else the staffs will forget about you. And also please be prepared to waste your whole day if you are going to visit this place. All the best

parking, covid precaution, cleanliness, behaviour, service charge etc are all very good. But during my 3 hours of stay in d hospital, i noticed that as most of employee including doctor are hindi speaking, some patient coming from village of nalbari rangia are saw difficult to understand, asked 2 3 times.

This hospital is the worst eye hospital I have visited recently . They do not follow any covid protocol. They give unlimited number of appointment on any given day without any restrictions due to covid. There is no place to sit as it is overcrowded on account of the unlimited appointment. No sanitation followed for cleaning the microscope after the patients are checked. So very very risky. No checking of the patients whether they are vaccinated or covid negative. Simply horrible. They charge once every 15 days making it 700 in a month. Also had to wait more than 3 hours to get the checking started. Very unprofessional. They are only here to earn money and do business, our poor Assamese fellow citizens are so aloof and ignorant about all these, I really feel sad.

It's alright to have a clean eye hospital. But need lots of time for eye checkup. I feel the time taken for preliminary eye checkups could be reduced drastically

Its been a nice experience here. I visited asg eye hospital for my eye surgery. I was a high myopic patient with (-10) then I decided to do Q lasik surgery. After the surgery I m feelling much better. Overall experience was awesome.. I really suggest everyone to come.

I would highly recommend asg eye care for the best treatment for whatever eye related problems. The people are nice and everything is fine but be prepared to wait 2-4 hours before you’re seen by a doctor. Been here ten times or even more for an eye problem I was having and it’s the same every time, hours long wait for only 1-2 minutes with the doctor. The system/process they have set up is atrocious for only this waiting issue.

They dont follow any appointment policies. The 1st floor can become so crowded that patients dont have a place to sit. Next challenge is that they gravitate towards selling procedures. I went there because my vision suddenly became blurry. No explanation for that. But I had cataract for last 8-10 years, they started focusing on that.
