I was in the store on Sat.11/18/2023. From the splendor of the colors to the great selection of fashion and accessories, I was thrilled. Yes, and then I had a question and wanted to pay, the two saleswomen didn't have a conversation and ignored you. One of them just ran away and the other lady gave me a pretty snooty answer. Service is different......🙄

I was disappointed or deceived: I wanted to buy a turquoise scarf from the display stand in front of the shop, but it had some sun-faded spots and when I complained about this, a "new" scarf was brought from the back salesroom and supposedly exchanged for the defective one . I trusted and I was duped: the nice lady packed me the old, faulty scarf again. Good show - better than Copperfield - but bad for business as I can't recommend the place.

It's an experience shopping there and you can feel how passionate the staff is about it. It's a shame you're so far away, but thank God there's an online shop. When I'm in Ulm I'll definitely stop by again to shop. See you soon
