Very good collection. Very reasonable prices. Friendly staff. The staff went out of their way to show us the different sizes and varieties, as we were a group of 4 people looking at a variety of products for different sizes and age groups. The offer prices were also very amazing. A must go to shop if you are in Frankfurt and in the mood to shop.

HORRIBLE RETURN POLICIES!! My husband purchased a 120€ pair of jeans. At home he noticed it didn't fit right so we decided to exchange it. He found a cheaper pair at the store and we were told that the 40 Euro difference will only be given back as store credit, and oh no, not for BOSS anywhere, just for the specific store in Wertheim Village. This policy forced us to waste 40 Euros at the store since we had no option to go back before our flight left and didn't find anything else we liked or needed. This is legal in Germany but what terrible customer service!!!! We will not be doing anymore shopping there on future visits!

Do not come here as a foreigner. Was not let into the store even though I am fully vaccinated. I drove here for an hour, waited in line to have a rude employee at the door send me away, telling me to go to a pharmacy 10km away and get a European electronic vaccine certificate. Apparently Hugo Boss does not need customers sure if these times. Never again.

Metzingen outlet is better. If you are live nearby Frankfurt area, what other choice do you have? Else, just go to Stuttgart and visit Metzingen
