Amazing coffees, great service from Tom and batch!! Really good choice of roasters, and varietals. ❤️❤️ Though had some issues with delivery from Hermes where in the end the box was left in a place I'd never look and took a day to find it, especially as Hermes reported it as undelivered.

The subscription was a great success and I've recommended it to other aeropress lovers, too. My husband enjoyed the suprise effect, the variety and the comfort. Customer service was perfect- I had a question about ordering one type of coffee and Tom was absolutely lovely to talk to, quick to respond, caring, not just am automated email response. Thank you. Coffee beans were OK, but not exceptional for the price, in my opinion. My big issue was delivery time, ordered on 7th January but did not arrive till 25th January. That's a long time to wait to try out my new coffee machine.

I purchase a 3 month subscription of Batch coffee ☕️ as part of my boyfriend’s Christmas present. He absolutely loves the Batch concept. The excitement in his face every month is priceless. Doesnt get more legit than this. The coffee is definitely very artisan and specialty tasting. They provide loads of information on the best way to enjoy your coffee and best of all, the branding is absolutely adorable. I reckon they are my goto for coffee now <3

The coffee from hear was good and was quite fresh no complaints so far the delivery took a bit but that's the only negative I can find really packaging looks recyclable and the price was reasonably. 👍

Great fuss free service. I like the fact that the coffees are ethically produced. So far I've tried the Shonora from Ethiopia. It is very light. I prefer something stronger but that's just my personal preference.

Being very new to making espresso I wasn’t sure if I was tasting a good shot from my Sage Bambino machine…until I received my order from Batch & WOW I could really tell the difference in quality from my previous subscription beans. You won’t be disappointed!

Got as a present for someone - I was told product really nice, and like a very fancy coffee shop. customer service fab! They were happy to swap regular for decaff when the recipient realised they needed to cut back on caffeine. Really straightforward no nonsense customer service!

I've been getting my coffee from Batch for a while now and can happily recommend. I can't remember ever getting the same coffee twice and each one has had its unique character so there's always something new to try. Excellent service, excellent coffee, a solid 5 stars from me.

Absolutely loved ALL of the Batch Coffee I received - it's such a lovely treat and I like knowing about where my coffee has come from. I had the 3 month subscription (which I will be doing again) and I asked about having some decaf coffee sent for a gift which Batch were able to source, so was delighted with that. It's really easy to sign up and it's a nice treat when they arrive each month. A lovely company with an excellent range of coffee!

After Hearing about batch form the Coffee Shop I go to, I had to get amongst it. placed the order and the box arrived, shipping was a little bit delayed but this was due to the courier no fault at batches Door. received a personalized video to check in that everything was all good. (thought this was a nice touch) The actual coffee we received was top notch and really enjoyed the variation between the two bags. the actual concept of batch i think is really unique and one i can really get behind. I have and would recommend Batch even if it is just for a one off to give a bit of variation into your brewing up routine. I definitely will be continuing Batching no doubt. only thing, I wish is the bags where a little bit bigger as i'm used to having that little bit more in the bag. all in all the message is get involved with batch !

Lovely coffee and service! Really great that this company supports independent UK roasters and it’s super interesting to read the reviews they give and compare what you taste. I have tried the terrone and st martins roasters’ blends so far and will be sure to order again soon - i love the variety on offer and I like that I can receive a different coffee to try every time.

This coffee is delicious! It is full of flavour, tastes amazing and you can either have as whole bean or ground which comes in super handy. their blends are the best! properly roasted thus maximising the flavour. if they start selling single-origin coffees, i would buy!
