    The only way I can sum up Tom is by saying he's truly amazing! He's kind, compassionate, and really cares about you and your results. His workouts are fun, hard, and achievable - even if you don't believe it yourself at first. Tom will always push you just hard enough, but be warned his watch always has another 5 seconds on it! He's incredibly supportive of both your mental, and physical health, he as an excellent knowledge of how to deal with injuries, eating well, and generally being that person who's always there for you and encouraging you to do your very best. If you're new to fitness like I was when I first started, Tom is the perfect guy to put you at ease and guide you on the right path and I can't recommend him highly enough!

    I had a block of 10 personal training sessions with Tom. Tom either came to my house with the training equipment and we had the training sessions in the garden or, on occasion, I went to his garage gym in Tring. I was having a number of joint and tendon issues during this period and Tom successfully tailored the sessions to work around these niggles. The experience and knowledge he demonstrated made me feel confident about pushing myself more than I would have done without his guidance. Exercising was definitely beneficial both physically and emotionally and I am glad we perservered even when these restrictions were frustrating. Tom had a variety of different exercises for every session and the 60 mins always flew by. Tom is very friendly, has a reassuringly calm demeanor and is extremely professional. I would highly recommend him.

    Tom is great at knowing the level of training one needs to start with and progressively builds ones fitness week on week. I was pretty unfit when I first started with Tom, but feel so much fitter and healthier now. I like the fact that our classes are always varied as he works on different muscle groups and cardio alternatively. Never time to get bored. He is very good at motivating one when you feel you have reached your limit. I look forward to our classes each week.

    Training with Tom over the past 3 years has greatly improved my fitness, strength and weight loss. He provides well structured, balanced and varied programs and Tom also adds in great stretches and core work. He is fun, motivated and committed to help you get the results you want. I always enjoy 1-2-1 or group workouts especially when we work on boxing pads!!! Whatever level of fitness you’re at -a beginner or athlete - I highly recommend Tom to reach your goals!

    Tom's training sessions are always professional and fun; he is very knowledgeable. The sessions are varied; including core; cardio; circuits; stretch and relax. He adapts the sessions/exercises to suit all abilities and age groups. He gives me alternative exercises to suit my knees. Tom has helped me to achieve a much higher level of fitness than I thought was possible for me. I feel fitter and more toned/defined. I would thoroughly recommend him.

    I met a Tom when I went to one of his boot camps last year ! My age 53 my exercise experience along with my confidence virtually zero ! Ok I tried the gym , it’s definitely not for me ! I never thought I would enjoy exercise especially in a group but I’m totally hooked ! I actually look forward to it ! I love the way that Tom Varys the exercise every week and although I have an injury it hasn’t stopped me as Tom has tailored it so I can still join in with everything ! Boxing is my favourite though ! You are never too old to try something new my confidence also has also grown and I’m even becoming competitive 😂 I have also made some wonderful friends ! Thank you Tom for helping build my confidence my fitness and my attitude towards exercise and food ! This has helped me through a very difficult time in my life as something that is very positive ! I would highly recommend Tom don’t be scared if you have never exercised if I can do it anyone can 😊😊😊

    I have been training with Tom for over 2 years and during that time I have found him to be extremely professional, knowledgeable and passionate and above all a very nice, fun guy. As with everything worthwhile you have to work hard to see the gains but Tom has kept me motivated and committed and the results in health and fitness levels are better than I could have ever imagined. His sessions are very varied and he always ensures that ever part of the body is exercised and believe me it does get easier. He is sympathetic and understanding of each individual’s injuries or problems and is quickly able to give an alternative exercise. I would really recommend him to anyone of any age looking to get fit or increase their current fitness.

    I've been training with Tom for a few years, face to face at first, and virtually more recently. My fitness has absolutely improved, but also my attitude to fitness has also been helped immeasurably by working with him, he's always upbeat, encouraging you to be the best that you can be, do the best you can do, and push yourself as hard as you are able. In our early F2F sessions held at a school there was a motto on the wall I think sums it up well. Whether you think you can't, or you think you're can, you're probably right. I would totally recommend working with Tom, because you probably can!!

    Tom is an excellent and attentive trainer who always encourages you to do your best. The sessions are varied and effective and above all fun. No time to get bored. I would definitely recommend him to all who wish to get fit no matter what their abilities are
