I have been having manual Therapy from Has for about a year, since my post op spinal surgery. It has been a transformative experience. Has takes the time to thoroughly assess my condition, explaining the root causes of my pain and discomfort, in a way which is easy for me to understand. He has demonstrated skill and knowledge throughout our sessions. I have felt a significant improvement in my pain reduction since my spinal operation two years ago. My flexibility and mood has also improved. I can see Has is passionate about what he does. I feel very happy and grateful for the positive impact Has, has had on my recovery. I would highly recommend him.

After visiting The Body Mechanic recently for pain within my shoulder and a ‘hump’ in my lower neck, I was amazed by the results I saw after only a couple of treatments. One performed by Hasan (treatment to improve the appearance of the hump; which afterwards made me feel lighter and with an already improved posture) and the other by Charlie (massage to help with the shoulder pain). Everyone at the practice was friendly, helpful and professional and I’ve already recommended The Body Mechanic to friends looking for sports massage / help with joint problems. 100% will be booking in again even if just for the amazing massage!

I had severe pain in my lower back one morning and by the following morning it had travelled down my Sciatic nerve. I was recommended The Body Mechanic by a close friend who has used them for some time. Reading through each team member I decided that Charlie would be the best person to assist me. I managed to get an appointment for the next day. On arrival Charlie greeted me with a huge smile and was very welcoming. After a conversation of what was going on, how it happened and an assessment, I was on the treatment table. Charlie manipulated and worked every part of my back before focusing on my leg and sciatic nerve. Charlie advised my back wouldn’t be pain free after one session and that I would need 2 or 3 more after. On waking the next morning I had no pain in my sciatic nerve, to which I was grateful for as I had plans with my children that weekend. That alone made me very grateful to Charlie. I have seen Charlie twice since and have another appointment shortly. My lower back is pain free, but I will continue to see Charlie to help look after my back so I don’t end up in that pain again. If anyone was to ask I would highly recommend Charlie.

Have spent 18 months and various treatment options to help my 16 year old son after having a sports injury that has been ongoing in this time. Had reached a point of feeling had hit a dead end, son demoralised, me heartbroken. Have a had a few sessions with Has after having an initial consultation with Patrick. Both fantastic. Has is brilliant with my son and he now wouldn’t want anyone else treating him. He is a really genuine guy who makes me feel that he is invested in the progress of my son’s rehabilitation and wants the very best for him physically and also emotionally. Very caring. Thank you Has, you are a great guy and I will be recommending to anyone who needs help in the future! 😊

This is my second time visiting The Body Mechanic and will definitely be coming back again. The clinic is really easy to get to, the facilities are great and the Osteopaths are lovely. Has was very professional and friendly. He took the time to explain every in great detail, the treatment he performed was painless and resolved all the issues. You really feel like you’re getting incredible value for money.

I had a very strong pain in my foot that lasted for more than a month. Has is brilliant , he found the root cause, explained it to me and fixed the issue during the 1st session. Has is very caring, competent, professional and friendly . I am a software engineer, so is Has; I appreciate his analytical mind and his capacity to explain how body works. I would highly recommend Has to anyone.

Patrick walker (the body mechanic) -absolute genius, knows the body top to bottom and inside out, I felt brand new after one visit. He was polite and friendly and talked me through every step of the treatment. The outcome was So much better than I expected. Even explained ways (in great detail) to prevent the issue’s from reoccurring. Can’t recommend him highly enough. He couldn’t have made my experience there any better. 10 out of 10 !!!!!

Great place, very friendly atmosphere. Professional staff that explains the process and are very thoughtful throughout the appointment. Stephen is amazing and helped me with my back pain. Highly recommended
