I have been overcharged in my last two orders. I have had a delivery fee added, plus a service charge and an additional £1 added for no reason, thats a total of £2.70 extra each time i order. These charges do not show in the initial total but are added on once you make payment and then shown on your invoice, the invoice itself doesn't add up when you calculate the amounts shown. Please fix your payment system as I'm sure many of your customers are not even noticing the extra charges. I have contacted you via email and received no response.

They don’t know how to run a shop I was with a friend of mine and they physically assaulted him he has reported this incident to the police. The manager does not know how to run a shop. The staff tried to surround me and pressure me. Disgusting behaviour

Good prices and collection deals but the food is gradually declining. They tell everyone 10 minutes so they are always rushing around, then serve you floppy undercooked pizza with soft stuffed crust. Very disappointed and most likely will go elsewhere next time

Had a terrible experience with the staff at this branch this evening (14th April 2023) and we have been ordering from them a long time. I would give them 0 stars if I could. The pizza arrived after 1 hour and 20 minutes! Our Special pizza had no green peppers on it. I phoned the branch and told them but I could hear in the background the woman saying she 100% put green peppers on it!! Why would we lie about it given we have ordered from them before?? So I said give me your number and I will send you a photo of the pizza and so I did on WhatsApp which proved I was not lying. But even after this the man was so unhelpful. He said he would send us a replacement only if we don’t touch the current pizza meaning another 1.5 hours with 2 small kids already at 7.20pm. Seriously? What a complete joke. I said our kids have already taken a couple of slices as they were hungry he said then he can’t send us a replacement pizza. It was THEIR mistake and they took 1hr20 minutes to deliver - and he says I’m being unreasonable? Really? Never ordering from Topps Pizza again. Lots of other pizza places to go to instead.

Worst Pizza ever. Soggy, undercooked, and took forever to arrive. Should be rebranded "Slops Pizza". Unhelpful, uninterested staff with agressive attitude. Never again. When will I learn ? The only decent Pizza is made not by Asians, but by Italians, who take pride in their food and its presentation.

I ordered 2 large pizza and the lady on the phone said it’s buy 1 get 1 free. I went in to the shop and they charged me £16.99 if it was buy 1 get 1 free it would be 9.99 they can’t do maths and are false advertising and the lady on the phone needs to learn how to work at a shop. In the end they gave me 2 medium pizzas and said the large box had finished.

One of the walkers was picking his nose and touching the pizza too much salt on pizza trynna give me diabetes

I ordered two size 18 pizzas, the taste was good but the size was really small it was disappointed

1st time ordering today. Easy to order website. No cheeky catches for minimal order.. polite service over the phone, speedy and above all.. VERY tasty pizza!!

Average pizza place. Delivery quick. Great deals. Sides are really tasty. Unfortunately this visit one pizza slightly undercooked and one just tasted like it was left under a heater or something without much flavour. We have had really good pizza from here though, so it’s not a write off. Just today’s wasn’t great. Nothing disastrous though.

Left me and a friend violently ill leading us to have a couple of days off of work. Disgusting, greasy and obviously using out of date products. Steer well clear.

horrified with the service i received tonight! ordered my pizza and it never arrived, called and they said the wait will be 30 minutes but i never received it, i made multiple calls which were all unanswered. I do not recommend. I am still currently still waiting for this pizza !

Chilled out staff. Placed a hurried order at 0050 hrs and I collected it at 0100 hrs. So kind of them. Best dough and best bbq base for the chicken tandoori.

After trying awful pizzas from other places nearby, we decided to try Tops when it opened and have never looked at another pizza place again. Tops pizza is always our go to pizza in Hemel. Delicious pizzas with ample toppings and lovely customer service when picking up. Always a pleasure ordering from Tops!

Such a shame as this used to be one of my favourite places but they serve meat to vegetarians then lie about it on the phone. They did send a replacement - proving what they initially served was, in fact, meat, but the damage was done.

Definitely my favourite pizza place in Hemel. I am totally addicted to the Tops Club pizza. I always seem to walk in to this place when I'm in town and want something tasty :) the chilli cheese bites are nice too... Hot and melty... But my fave side is the cream cheese jalapeno bites. Mmm just the right amount of cream cheesiness and big jalapeno chunks! The guys who work here are all so polite and friendly and someone keeps giving me extra chilli cheese bites :D thanks! If you were wondering, it tastes exactly the same reheated the next day... The dough doesn't go chewy at all so it means you can buy a large one :)

Stayed at the Travelodge in Hemel Hempstead, downloaded the app and placed an order for 4 pizzas, 4 side's, and 2 drinks with special instructions for two of the pizzas, it all got delivered within 45 mins, absolutely great service and the nicest pizzas we've all had in years

although the pizza does taste good as always, the condition it arrived in wasn't as shown in the photo. this doesn't always happen so I am confused as to what happened this time.

I have recently moved to the area and tried this place for pizza. It is amazing. Staff are nice and friendly and hold a good conversation. I have collected the pizza on all occasions due to waiting times and feel that there should be a discount for collections rather than delivery as it saves them money (fuel, wages, car costs, etc. ) and costs me, however the pizza is still top notch
