    What a great experience. This sushi restaurant has a set menu and the sushi is served piece by piece and prepared right in front of you. It is reservation only(6 pm start or 8 pm). I was absolutely stuffed. The sushi pieces were a total of 14 for the weekend menu. We also got miso, salad, steamed egg, battered deep fries fish, pickled herring, soba, and green tea Ice cream. It is a little pricey but it is good quality food.

    This restaurant is outstanding. You could easily place this food in Tokyo or Beverly Hills and it would stand on its own. The chefs are meticulous with their attention to detail, the fish quality is superb, and service is outstanding. Seating is limited so you will need to make reservations in advance, but it is well worth it.
