Kalguksu is delicious. There is a basic version and one that costs more. The difference is that the basic version has a little bit of chicken meat, and the expensive version has more. It really comes out like boiled chicken. This is the difference. Mindu is not that good, so I recommend spending that money on the expensive kalguksu.

Hand sanitizers have also been placed throughout. Calculated chicken kalguksu (store) + mini boiled pork (packaged) = 12,000 won. The chicken kalguksu is salty and the soup tastes like rice cake dumpling soup, perhaps because of the seaweed powder, and the noodles are delicious. The kimchi is spicy but addictive, like geotjeori, and the pickled radish is just a regular pickled radish. Considering that chicken kalguksu costs 6,500 won more than boiled pork, I think I'll go here once.

When I think of chicken kalguksu, I think of Hyeonpung chicken kalguksu, so I visited Dongseong-ro because it happened to be located there. I went and ordered spicy chicken kalguksu and chicken gomtang and it was delicious as expected haha. It seemed okay to eat alone. If you are looking for a reasonably delicious chicken kalguksu restaurant in the city, give it a try.

Hyeonpung Chicken Kalguksu with very spicy kimchi! I came down to Daegu on a business trip and saw it by chance and went in without a second of hesitation and had a bowl of it! I ordered Bossam Saat, and the Bossam was soft so it was okay! Recommended to eat Hajimang Kalguksu alone!! A bite of kalguksu! A bite of spicy persimmon! Then, the hangover is complete!

The soup is thick and delicious. The Samgye Kalguksu contains half a chicken, so you can eat it to your heart's content!

Didn't understand the signs, wandered into the restaurant, and the chicken+noodle+rice thing they served was the most unique dinner I've had in Daegu. And the store owner lady was helpful too.

닭칼국수(기본) 메뉴를 주문했는데, 깔끔한 맛을 기대한 것과는 달리 후추향이 진하고 짠 편이었어요. 김치는 찢어주셔서 먹기는 편했는데, 좀 매운편이구요.

I heard that the chicken noodle soup is famous for being delicious, so this was my first time here! But the soup was really rich and savory, and eating it with kimchi was really delicious! I think the soup of the meat kimchi rolled noodles is sweet and sour and good to eat in the summer. The dumplings go well with my favorite rib dumplings and kalguksu!! It was a delicious and filling meal! Good value for money too!!

Because it was a rainy day, I went because I was craving chicken kalguksu, and the portion was generous and tasted really good. ^^ I ordered chicken gomtang, chicken kalguksu, and rib dumplings. It was really delicious. This is a restaurant I want to go to again next time.

The noodles were savory and chewy, and there was no smell of chicken at all. Samgye Kalguksu is even more hearty because it contains half a chicken. At first the noodles seemed a bit small, but after eating, I was full.
