Usually
I
try
to
leave
fair
logical
reviews,
free
of
emotion,
but
it's
a
little
difficult
with
this
hotel.
Hotel
is
in
a
great
location,
right
in
the
youth
street
with
loads
of
restaurants
beneath
it.
Rooms
look
great,
as
does
lobby.
Very
clean
all
around.
However,
one
of
the
strangest
places
I
have
stayed
where
management
keep
shooting
themselves
in
the
foot.
Sheets
are
hospital
bed
quality,
scratchy
almost
plastic
in
feel.
Minimum
temperature
in
the
rooms
is
24.5
degrees,
the
thermostat
is
locked
at
this,
you
can't
reduce
it.
Strange
policy
of
management.
presumably
to
save
on
heating
costs,
but
this
is
not
a
cheap
hotel.
The
rooms
have
an
automatic
light,
meaning
everytime
someone
stands
up
in
the
night
or
goes
to
the
bathroom,
the
room
is
completely
illuminated.
This
can't
be
turned
off.
Another
strange
setup
-
just,
why?
Coffee
machine
at
breakfast
had
a
sign
saying
"Not
working".
2
days
in
a
row.
Gave
it
a
go
anyway
due
to
my
general
annoyance
at
this
hotel,
machine
works
fine,
coffee
was
fine.
Likely
staff
don't
want
to
clean
it
out,
or
pay
for
beans.
Easier
to
provide
instant
coffee.
All
in
all,
worse
experience
than
if
the
hotel
had
been
old
or
had
problems
that
were
expensive
or
difficult
to
fix,
that
would
be
forgivable.
But
this
was
just
general
stinginess,
unkind
or
unthoughtful
hotel
policy,
for
no
reason
I
can
see.
