I went there because the photo looked really delicious. In Daegu, there are a lot of pork makchang restaurants, but there are very few beef tripe restaurants. I went there with high expectations because it was a famous place, but after the tripe scandal, there seemed to be only one menu item, the assorted dish. The taste was... so-so... there were quite a lot of tripe, but there was a strong fishy smell. I felt greasy.. I missed the taste of lamb tripe that I used to eat at Seol, so I went there... but everyone in my group said that makchang was much better.. ㅜㅜ It was a shame. I couldn't bear to eat the fried rice because it had so much beef fat in it that I went with ramen. Parking was in the vacant lot below the agricultural cooperative across the street. It was a bit disappointing considering that you had to wait in line to eat there. Taste varies greatly from person to person, so it doesn't suit me.

Daegu 1st tier lamb tripe. Tickets distributed starting at 5 p.m. Just get a ticket, stay nearby, and go when it opens at 5:50. It often sells out before opening hours. They sell gop on the same day as slaughter conditions, and if there is no fresh gop or daechang, they don't sell on that day (be sure to check on Instagram or by phone before visiting). Despite these strict conditions, the taste is guaranteed. The wait is well worth the reward.

It doesn't have any of the unique smell of tripe, so it's clean and full of savory tripe. The downside is that competition is fierce.

I happened to line up to eat at a restaurant that was said to be a local restaurant at an unexpected location. I really hate restaurants recommended by blogs and places where you have to wait in line to eat, but this is a really good restaurant. 100 stars for freshness of tripe

Aside from the huge waiting time even after the tripe is over, it's the best!

Last time, I failed because the wait was too long, so I waited at 5 o'clock and ate it, and the daechang was really delicious. The tripe was full of meat and when I took my first bite, it was fresh and plump in comparison to other restaurants! I can't go there often because of the wait, but it's worth it!!
