Do I have to come here? I do not know him at all. Yes, you have to come if you wanna know of Korean culture. His songs still resonate all over Korea. He touched many ordinary Koreans. Even I used to sing his songs at Karaoke. His singing style and voice is very unique. The mood and feeling, rylics are all Korean. The emotions, feelings. He may be called Korean Bruce Springsteen. He was so humble as a person... Come here and get to know of him while listening his songs.

Hidden behind a busy road lies a quaint yet a gem of a tourist attraction spot. There are a lot of cafes nearby to patron. Definitely a place to visit, it'll take just an hour to visit the place.

If you go there without any expectations, it's an unexpectedly good place. Kim Gwang-seok's songs appear everywhere and, surprisingly, there are murals as well. There are many, so the pictures come out well. However, it is a bit noisy because there are several game rooms. We didn't eat, but there was a market next to it. There are restaurants with a pocha atmosphere and surprisingly some restaurants as well. It looked neat

This street is located nearby downtown of Daegu city. The street presents a long wall full of pictures, architectures, and design of guitars and other musical instruments, and some food and coffee shops. It is also located nearby the river so one can easily move to the river side to have some fresh air. Also, there are guitarists performing with their instruments. If you are staying for a long time in Deagu, visit here one day.

I love this specially dedicated street to Kim Gwang-Seok, who is one of my favorite 7080 singers. The site was well maintained for visitors and good parking lot too.

Beautiful street in the evening. There was a performer outside of Twosome Place playing KGS's songs and a few ladies were crying. Lots of people sitting in quiet contemplation. It's best to go in a loop, starting at the parking lot (giant guitar) going left, then walking the side with the trees once it's darker.

It's a touristy area but it was different than being downtown Daegu. IMO this could be a mini 6th St if there was more music playing...def would go at night time though.

Nice, whimsical street. Stumbled upon this street by accident but had a good time just taking pics and goofing around. Good food placea and cafes. Easy to miss if not coming from the main street. I would visit again in the daytime but night time was pretty with the lights.

This street is about 1 km long , lining with shops, cafe’, souvenir shops, game shops, restaurants and graffiti depicting about musician, KimGwang-seok. There is also concert hall for music performance venue. There are many spots for selfies, taking nice photoshots along this street. There are plently of parking spaces , so it’s quite easy to go by private cars, bikes or even public transportation.

Nice area with quirky music orientated Pubs Bars and Restaurants. Wander through time with references to rock stars now departed. Beautiful memoirs of Kim of course

A singer song writer, Gwang-Seok Kim was born in Daegu city and passed away in Jan 1996. Althout his short life, he is still alive in many people who enjoyed his songs. You can feel his life and songs when you visit this fantastic street.

Great place to visit in Daegu, very colorful! Many restaurants and Cafe options and street vendors. The painting on the walls are great photo ops to brag about your trip. I would highly recommend to go close to sundown so you can admire the wall paintings and enjoy the nightlife since most of the restaurants, and the small market are closed early afternoon..

It's a memorial place for Mr.Kim KS who was one of famous Korean pop artists. Although he passed away 24years ago, many people still love to sing his songs. Here is the home town of Kim where he was born and grew up. So many materials such as songs, paintings, essays about him...
