Staff speak only about 5% English, so even though we requested reservation for jazz club dinner and music, the girl did not book us. We arrived there and we were turned away. The manager did not engage us at all. He never offered us any accommodations for the terrible customer service. We will never go to this hotel again..

Shower sewer is crazy. Nearly flooded whole bathroom during short bath. But hotel is fine at all.

I do like the hotel, but the only problem is the location. There is not a good restaurant near by. You need to walk about 10 min to reach to the area you can,enjoy the good food. Because to catch a taxi,Due to the guardrail in the street, you need to wait a long time to wait for a taxi. Otherwise it is not a bad hotel.

Avoid here. The hotel is 4 stars hotel but the service is not there. I stayed last night and since 7:30am this morning, there was loud banging/drilling noises (from reno underneath). It is so loud as if they are doing right next to you. (It’s getting into your nerves) I called front desk to complain but nothing has changed. Very unprofessional. They could have informed us when we were checking in yesterday. We had family reunion and stayed up late and had to wake up early due to this matter. This is unbelievable. Check out is 12pm but we are leaving early.

Stayed at the hotel 1 night in December. Wonderful view of the city if you upgrade for a small fee. Breakfast menu was way better than most chain hotels in the United States. Pro) Clean room, Big TV, full set of amenities, Gym with a city view. CON) Ventilation in the room can be improved. Super polite and professional staffs!!!!!!!! Easy to get to by public transportation. NO complaints here. Will stay here again in the future.

Was in the, much cheaper, old wing. Room are ok, but quite worn down (old furniture, stains on carpet) etc, but clean. Hotel staff were friendly and English level was fine. The reason for the low score is, that in my book a hotel room should be able to do two things: Give you a base, so you have a little bit of the feeling of home. This part was ok. The other thing, is giver you a good night sleep. The rooms are anything but noise insulated, letting you know when the neighbors phone rings, when the other neighbor takes a shower, when someone walks in the hallway, or when some other guests have a very pleasant night between 1 and 2 in the morning. Of the three nights I lived there, I did not sleep throughout a single one.

Only if a restaurant a bar or a night club was here…

Staff don’t know the meaning of customer service. We weren’t greeted or explained the information about the hotel ie. checkout time. We were only given the card key and were pointed where the lifts were. We were first given a room in the “old building” (which we didn’t know). The room was filthy and one of the walls was covered with yellow water marks and fungus. We were given a room in “the new building” after complaining but room was unfortunately dirty and found long hairs across the bed and shower. The floor level had a strong smell of public toilet. This is more like a 1-star motel. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.
