Hello, I'm writing about formosa in Akropolis. First of all there was no line and I was waiting for my tea ~25min. Its understandable if bartenders are busy but they were three- chatting and making tea to each other! At least they would smile for the customers there was no need to look judgmental. About the tea- it was cold ( I ordered the hot one) and the packaging was not sealed half of the tea got spiled from the sides. Even tho I love formosa and bartenders in Kaunas Old town I was highly disappointed in Akropolis formosa.

There was a long queue of customers and 3 baristas working, but the wait was still around 20 minutes for a single drink. The lid is like a paper, which means that when I hit it with my straw, it did not penetrate and the lid opened from the side and blew cream all over my shirt. Ordered a cold drink, but instead it was pretty much at room temperature. Tapioca pearls were unusually soft and squishy.

Really tasty! Exactly like the milk tea in Formosa/Taiwan. Brown sugar milk boba is recommended, generous amount of brown sugar too. We will definitely order some more when in Kaunas 🤗

Matcha&Cream Brulee+blueberry+tapioca=super tasty!

Tasty good but really hard to find the location.

There was a dead fly in my bubble tea and the cashier refused to give me a refund saying i put it there myself very unfriendly staff wont go here again

Haven’t been able to order Large tea in a while, now Medium cannot be ordered either. Very poor management for this business

Me and my girlfriend went to this Bubble Tea shop. We decided to order through the self-service system, we ordered two drinks. First of all there were three employees working at the time, where as one of them was on their phone the entire time, another one just standing around, and the third one actually somewhat working. There was a long queue and yet the workers decided to converse with eachother more and having laughs, rather than serving the drinks. We had to wait for roughly 20 minutes, and when we finally got the drinks, the one I had ordered was supposed to be cold, but was lukewarm. Both of our drinks contained the wrong type of bubbles as to what we ordered. Bad service!

Brownsugar milk Tea was insanly tasty..👅

the place was very central inside the shopping center, the drink was good with lots of flavor and tasted as it should. It was easy to order, but there was a long wait. lots of variety of flavors, highly recommend this place.
