Staying at "Ibis Kaunas" is a sad example of indifference towards customers! We arrived to the reception after midnight. Our documents were managed and formalised and we were sent back outside, to park our car to the car park around the corner. While driving there, it turned out that there was no lighting at all in the area outside, it was pitch black, complete darkness. - There was a barrier to get to the parking lot. We had to be very careful to not drive into any posts that were physically blocking the boundaries of each parking space. You could only assume where the hotel itself was from the parking lot, because there was only one little light on in the building in the distance. However, once we got close to the hotel building to enter, the door was locked. It was difficult to manage around, because it was completely dark and we could not find a door to enter the building. The hotel door was somewhere in the corner and we noticed it by accident. - Our room was somewhere in the farthest corner of the building and very cold. It was not possible to regulate the temperature. - To dry ourselves - there was a thin, worn out towel, which smelled strongly like a fish. It smelled like someone had earlier pre-dried a herring. - There was another surprise in the canteen! There was literally only two slices of cheese and one tiny slice of sausage left! In terms of driness, the curd resembled flour! I will add a photo of the selection, so that noone can say "the customer is lying!". - In the morning, when we were leaving and trying to drive out of the parking lot, it turned out, we were in the "wrong parking lot" that night, because we were not able to leave from behind the barrier. The customer service person came outside to show us the sign to show we were in the wrong parking lot. I asked about the payment to leave the parking lot - he replied it was none of his business! Save yourself the trouble and choose another place to stay!

Handy for the rail station, bus station is next door and airport buses stop right by the hotel. Rooms are clean and well equipped, plenty of storage and comfortable beds. Very nice shower room/WC....all very clean. The reception staff are very helpful with information about the hotel and about the city.

After problem with not clean room We've been rebooked to other room. Yummy breakfast. On both sides of road are located ibis hotels. On roof one of them is located bar under the sky with great view on Kaunas.

Budget hotel with non-budget prices! The location of the hotel is right next to the bus station with a very confusing entrance to the parking lot (you have to drive from the other side). The rooms are tired, the TV is small, the bathroom has old stains on the sink and faucets, the shower stream is weak. Breakfast is sparse and tasteless. We booked two rooms on the 3rd floor on a Saturday night and had to listen to screams coming from the street for half the night.

I'm not sure if the positive evaluations that are here are from employees, friends or people from accor hotels that want to sell room.... Location... Not in the center... Good for fitting your legs, spending money in bold or using the bus... Food. Not horrible, but not good if you spend 6 nights Cleaning. The worse... It the first hotel in which I've ever been that do the cleaning of the room whatever they want... We were three rooms, and two day without changing the towels In each.. and they don't make the bed.. do it yourself. Amenities....zero. Safe box, tea service... Forget... Service... Not exceptional... Only fair. It's not been a pleasure to be there...

GOOD: close to train and bus station NOT SO GOOD: far from restaurants, extremely loud, severe smell of smoke in rooms/bathrooms (bathroom not properly cleaned after people smoked inside), smoke smell overprinted with room perfume, mold in the shower, window frames extremely dirty, hard bed and very thick pillows (almost not compressible), no COVID measurements at all, no heating and pretty cold when raining and 5°C outside

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was satisfying. Personal was very friendly. Free parking was possible. Overall pleasant experience.

Big disappointment. The first and the last time. The rooms are DIRTY and neglected. Hair in the shower, dust everywhere. No welcome insert for gold status. No welcome drink. The restaurant downstairs was closed after 7 hours of travel, we were sent to the Club on the 9th floor where the music was so loud that we couldn't hear our own thoughts. Ibis Budget is a luxury hotel compared to this one… Musty-smelling towels. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

Better standard than Ibis offers in Western Europe, free parking, flexible staff, good standard of breakfast, quite rooms. 20 minutes walk to the center. Definitely well place for staying in Kaunas.

Great place to stay, very friendly staff

The staff is very friendly and helpful, and breakfast is good, but water pressure was terrible. It took half an hour to shower, because there was so little water coming out of the shower head.

Perfect location, comfortable beds, really good, tasty breakfast and coffee, girls at the reception are lovely and helpfull.

30 sec from the busstation (see it from window). Extremly clean, nice beds, serviceminded staff and petfriendly. I were there with Miliam travel for a dogshow.

Regular 3 star rooms with not good cleaning. Food was okay, but the tableware was pretty badly washed. Staff helped us with all of our questions.

Too expensive as for the standard offered. Rooms are small, nothing stands out. A TV the size of a laptop. The furniture is as simple as possible. Breakfast okay but nothing special. Very small parking lot, difficult to enter due to bad signage. In turn, the lobby looks quite good.

Too cold for me, cant reach 21'C degrees. Other things was ok. Clean, good breakfast.

It is a good 3 star hotel, nothing more than typical ibis. However you can expect a very friendly and helpful staff.

Amazing staff, great location and comfy bed. very clean room, good breakfast. Good for coming in a car and with bikes. In a hot summer the conditioner is very handy!

Visited Kaunas, for Kaunas2022 events. Super nice staff, I got all the information and help I needed,got some nice recommendations about all the events, and places to visit. I came back for the second time in this hotel, and everything was great as always. I saw other guests with a dog, so hotel is friendly for the pets, and that was super cute from my sight of view. I think I will come back again and again

It's a not 3 star hotel.. Two things that I found good about the place: proximity to bus/ train stations and staff... Rest can be improved on...

Looks like the hotel has been recently built which is great but also a lot of things are not really polished and brought to their desired shape, e.g. the toilet flush button was very loose in our room, paint job is a bit off here and there - shaky hands of the one who did it. Haha. The staff are great but they need to improve the way they serve breakfast. Eggs are overcooked. Coffee is too watery. Some signs saying what is where would be great so guests don't need to open the tray lids to peer inside for the content

Decent hotel in a great location. Beside central bus station in Kaunas. Rooms are quite good.

A pleasant and convenience hotel located near Central bus station and a shopping mall. Perfect for exploring the city. This is a very basic hotel so it's best to be used as a base and not as a destination.

Somewhat outdated rooms, brekkie was okay and service is always helpful and friendly

It is OK to sleep a night, but do not recommend this hotel for a longer stay. Breakfast is pretty simple and plain.
