Excellent option, especially for business and you have a car. Very modern, excellent location (close to Akropolis Mall). Impeccable spacious and comfy room. Very good breakfast too with many different sweet and savoury options. Very convenient the free parking, however its location and visibility is not so great. They provided me with the address for my navigator but initially I entered the wrong address. Basically it’s just next to a sliding gate and access is not really well signalled. Check the photo herewith. Other than that, really a great option if you stay in Kaunas.

Ok let's start from the beginning, receptionist was not able to answer any of my questions in English, if that wouldn't be enough me and my Fiance had someone entered our room with key card at around 4am in the morning, which receptionist replied as it was her first day in work, the hotel is more as a hostel, anyone can enter your room at any time, as duty manager said "it happened before and was funny" don't know what part of this was the funny one to her, but I find it ridiculous... I pay for service and privacy not for anyone coming in any time of the day or night... As the excuse we received bottle of wine and a chocolate of hotel management, Seriously?!!!! You actually think that is fine to treat your guests this way?!!! I'm not even getting breakfast involved which was cold and absolutely tasteless... If I could I would give Victoria hostel, it's not a 4 star hotel, at least minus 10... Disgusting place, never ever again..

uncomfortable hard pillows and dirty mattress. There was a heavy smell in the room, maybe it was the carpet. The hotel itself and the corridors are very dark, specific style with red doors in each room. I didn't feel comfortable here. The room is boring and not modern. The staff could have been more friendly. The choice for breakfast is quite modest. The good thing is a private parking in the city centre.

In our room one day they did not clean the paper basket. In the morning we did not have absolute safety from the coronα virus..the jam and butter were in bulk and not in portions..when we arrived it was evening and to go to the room we had to go through the internal stairs where there was no light.

Wonderful breakfast. Friendly staff on reception. Clean, spacious rooms. One drawback. Room I was in, on the third floor, has large windows where people walking down the staircase can look in. Also staff on reception can look up and see right in. In other words on one side of the courtyard where my room was situated (317) there is a lack of privacy. Solution? Simple. Put net curtains up. And they don't cost much. Management take note.

Das Victoria Hotel ist ein wunderbarer Ort. Der Bau könnte vorher vielleicht eine Fabrik gewesen sein, jedenfalls hat man es verstanden aus dem bestehenden etwas neues, tolles zu machen. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, wir hatten das behindertengerechte Badezimmer mit dabei. Bei unserer Halbpension war ein wunderbares 3 gängiges Abendessen mit dabei, den Salat mit Hähnchenstreifen hatte ich vergessen zu fotografieren. Die Bedienung war sehr charmant und sprach sehr gutes Englisch. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich. Wenn diese Rezension für dich hilfreich war, dann drücke doch den Button! Danke!

Perfect place to stay and have a dinner near to city centre. Beautiful place and architecture.

Excellent room for the price. And if you needed anything then they were quick to bring it to your room (e.g., iron and ironing board). Lots of options at the breakfast buffet. Excellent internet connection.

Very near to walking street of Kaunas. Everything is hardly .5 miles away. Tourist spots, bar, pubs, shops, restaurant.

Rooms were clean and had everything you usually need. However Minibar was empty and switched off. Corridors were dark because the light were "automatic" but actually switched "on" only after you were under the light, so first you will be looking for a switch when you start walking the corridor at night. Breakfast was ok, nothing fancy but alright. Soundproofing of the rooms could be better.

Possibly the best hotel in Kaunas. Good value for money. Large parking. Excellent location.

Excellent food, really beautiful and clean hotel

It's a nice hotel but don't bother if like us you booked a room for a week or so when they have a convenience on or private party you will have no access to restaurant or bar or much else in the hotel and you will not be made to feel welcome.

They are far from being a 4 star hotel!! The personnel needs urgent Customer Service training, a basic " hello good morning" would go a long way. If they want to compete with international chains, they should set priorities right CUSTOMER COMES FIRST

The staff at the reception were rude, unskilled and indifferent. We arrived at 1.30 in the morning. The sheets in our room were dirty and when we asked for new, it took them half an hour to decide what to do. In the end they went to another room unmade the beds and gave us a bundle of clean sheets to make our beds ourselves. We slept at 3.00 in the morning. Breakfast was of a very bad quality and charged extra. Neither of the 3 days of my stay I had breakfast, however, I was asked to pay for it. In this hotel the guests are not well respected, and they are always wrong when they have a different opinion or ask for explanations.
