It's such a shame that I cannot give negative stars. The staff needs a retraining course on how to be POLITE with the customers, or they need to find another job where they don't deal with customers. The Staff are highly arrogant, doesn't even say hello or good bye, and when my girlfriend asked for a menu for prices, the girl on the till said "it's on the table". Even McDonald's staff are more polite than the rest of the zombies working in here. Won't and don't recommend.

The cappuccino and latte were difficult to drink, tasted like cheap drip coffee with hot milk. The lady that worked there was very nice and the croissants were decent, but the coffee is absolutely not worth the price

Staff was very helpful. Took care of our short visit very well. Few beers on tap, small ish alcohol selection, all kinds of coffee, small snacks. Seating area was very spacious clean and airy. Definitely recommend to have quick break before your flight. Specially if it's delayed. Definitely lightened our mood! Family of 4, two adults and 2 kids. Everyone left happy

One star for okay coffee although massively overpriced. Staff could not care less about the customers, the phone is their main focus. The place is filthy to say the least and it was morning time , so imagine how it looks like when you actually get some customers. Avoid if you can and get your coffee or food elsewhere .

Very understaffed. Instead of cappuccino I received a coffee with boiling hot milk. Definitely not worth the money. Not sure if there are more coffee shops upstairs, but if you're looking for a cup of decent coffee, you won't get it here.

They ask extra 3,5 eur for soy milk! Didn't see prices this insane anywhere else, completely unjustified. Also, coffee is not good, definetely not worth the price.

Avoid! Worst costumer experience I have ever encountered. I was refused service because I ordered a decaf coffee and Mr. Professional barista decided it was "not a real coffee". Maybe it's for the costumer to decide what they would like to drink? After this comment Mr. Professional barista got very upset and suggested "maybe someone else should make it for you" and walked off with his head held high like he just got a Nobel prize for standing up against those damn decaf drinkers. Who let someone so arrogant and rude even get remotely close with interacting with the costumers in the 1st place. The other staff couldn't care to interfier, they were busy scrolling their phones. I honestly think this place would go out of business if it had any competition, they are lucky that they are the only cafe there. Just grab some drinks or food somwhere on your way to Kaunas Airport.

What a shame I cannot give 0 stars! The cafe above gate 5 has got literally the worst and most rudest member of staff I have ever encountered. Aida needs to find a job where she does not interact with people as she ruined my morning with her horrific attitude, she clearly couldn’t care less about service.
