I recently got gallbladder removal surgery at Nordclinic. From the first enquiry, set up of appointment and surgery everything was done extremely professional. First interaction with customer advisor Ineta, she set up everything from medical record checks, health questionnaire, appointment with the surgeon and surgery date. Reception team at the clinic were courteous and friendly, the nurse taking bloods and pre-surgery was lovely. The surgeon met me before surgery and after. Dr Venclauskas a real professional, friendly and approachable doctor that sat down and listened to you. The anaesthesiologist was lovely and all the nurses taking care of me during my stay there. Could not recommend the clinic enough. Many thanks for a great service.

My wife had surgery here and the care is fantastic, I really can't say enough good things about Nord. The on site apartments are perfect for convalescence, with all you need for a week of recovery. The local shopping centre (Akropolis) is ten minutes walk away, just enough for some fresh air and the Maxima supermarket there is as close to the UK offering as we've found. Most people speak English and everyone we've met has been lovely. Despite the surgery, we've had a nice week here. Price is about 40% of the UK equivalent.

Very good from start to finish. The staff are fantastic. Nurses in particular are very attentive and compassionate. And, of course, thank you to Tautvydas Urbonas for my beautiful new nose! More in detail: - Blood tests, consultation, one night at the clinic, food and medications (for the stay and after) are free/included. I also had a complimentary face massage which was lovely. - The nurse who took my blood for the tests was lovely and put me at ease. She immediately noticed that I was nervous and was really gentle. - The anaesthesiologist came to see me a few hours before the operation and explained how everything will be done. I really appreciate how funny and friendly he was. I was a lot less nervous after talking to him. - I would really advise to purchase extra nights at the clinic if you are nervous about aftercare or usually have a hard time after anaesthesia. I stayed extra 2 nights which made my recovery a lot easier. The nurses are just a button push away and they check in on you all the time.

Had to have meniscus surgery on my medial and lateral. From the first contact I have found Nord very professional and eventually visited Lithuania. From being met at the airport to being driven to the hospital for surgery and then visiting the clinic for rehab the logistics was very smooth. The nurses at the hospital who cared for me were excellent and when I met the surgeon (Arnoldas Sipavicius) before and after the operation he explained everything so I was left under no illusion. I stayed on the self contained apartments which were very clean and comfortable. Also a big thank you to Laimonas Šiupšinkas and his team who help with 5 days rehab and has really helped even after 1 week since surgery. Thank You.

Excellent care recieved here . From initial contact with the admin team to post operative care brilliant . Professor Linas Venclauskas went above and beyond to make sure my wife surgery was perfect. We were failed by the HSE in Ireland with misdiagnosis and incompetence for a gall bladder issue. The care from this clinic was second to none i would highly recommend anyone on a waiting list in Ireland to contact this clinic and go there. Many thanks to excellent care recieved by staff. All I can say is thank you Nordclinic for being outstanding with your care and service. I had surgery on 18 April, but Nordclinic were hands on months before that, ensuring everything up-until my arrival, as well as after was covered. They were amazing from start to finish. Everything was scheduled from the airport pickup to our accommodation, to all of my medical appointments, then back to the airport for departure. The facility’s were amazing as well. I had a single room, lol, thanks for that. Nice, new, and extremely clean. All…….All the staff were great as well. They really make you feel welcomed and never pressured. All-in-all, I love my experience. Thanks again Nordclinic for everything you’ve done fore me.

If you are thinking of having a knee or hip replacement then going to Nordorthopaedics should be your answer. I have spent the last six years sleeping in a recliner chair as it was too painful to sleep in a bed with my knee getting worse year by year. I went to Lithuania and I cannot praise the experience enough. All of the Doctors, nurses, physiotherapists and the Logistics team and the long suffering Neringa who was my liaison contact gave me the best treatment anyone could wish for. Thank you all so much! Two weeks after my operation I was walking without sticks or crutches. Now home and resting with an ongoing exercise program to improve my walking and stamina. I had a nose rhinoplasty in this clinic (I chose among 3 private clinics), and everything has been excellent since the first call. They respond quickly and even provided information about the entrance/parking without asking. The administrative staff, doctors (surgeon Gytis Baranauskas - I am so happy, I did it with this surgeon), and nurses are very pleasant. There was no need to wait anywhere. The surgery was performed perfectly, and the care was top-notch. The environment is beautiful, the rooms are great, everything is new and modern. I am very happy with my experience. I highly recommend it. In my opinion, this is one of the best clinic in Lithuania. You won't regret!
