Am i rating the same gym as all of the other review's? I'm confused. My experience with this gym was completely different. 1. Treadmills are facing the window's, so unless you are exercising early morning or late at night, you will be constantly blinded by the sun. Not to mention that some of the treadmills are worn out and do not offer a good impact suppression while running. 2.Where is the friendly staff everybody keeps talking about? I've got nothing but sour looking faces and stern, hostile looks throughout my two weeks there until i finally could not take it anymore . 3.If you are exercising close to closing time, keep in my mind they will start shutting everything down 20 min prior to closing. And i mean EVERYTHING. My treadmill was shut down WHILE i was running, 3 time's 15 minutes before closing. That's beyond irresponsible and careless and DANGEROUS and ultimately that's the reason i could not train there anymore. How can you bluntly shut down treadmill while a person is running on it 15 minutes before closing, with no heads up???? Horrible experience. P. S i will say though, there was only one staff member there who was friendly and professional. I do not know her name, but thank you for being the only decent person I've encountered there.

Well equipped gym with friendly people. Decided to go here while on vacation for a couple of weeks in Kaunas. Equipment is well maintained, changing rooms were clean and spacious and location was perfect for me. Really enjoyed going when I was there.

Best place in town to push for that pump. Highly recommended - the atmosphere is awesome and the facilities are sparkling clean.

This is a phenomenal place for sports, fantastic trainers and very nice public gathers there. I think it was one of those best decisions to start my sports life there, SH changed my life to a better side. Love this place and people there.

I am learning muay thai and Hasan is an amazing coach. Most likely the best in the Kaunas. Would recommend 100%

Excellent gym in Kaunas! 2h is enough for effective training, so parking is not problem. Very polite and helpful staff. I will use this again!
