Very nice place bustling with people of all ages and the street food is very nice, cheap and delicious. A lot of Korean products and pop bands shops selling all kind of accessories. Good restaurants as well. Kimchi paradise I must say.

There are lot of places to shop for various Korean goods and food. Anything from Korean imported make up, kimchi, and many potato stick and Korean pancake stalls. It is quite busy so it is a little hard to get around. It would take about 2 hours to walk back and fourth a few times. I would advisee walking down and up one time before making a food decision as there are a lot of places selling the same type of product. Went for the Korean hot dogs but also bought some Korean alcohol and snacks as well.

I spent hours and hours here and still felt like there was so much to see! There are so many fun shops and delicious places to get food. If you plan to visit I would definitely recommend planning to spend at least half a day here - more if you have time to spare. It is such a fun place to hang out!

If you’re looking for an off the beaten path site in Osaka, then this is the place to go. There is a great energetic buzz unique to Japan. And some of the finest food you can find in Osaka. Try the kimchi garlic.

Perhaps because I didn’t expect too much, I was pleasantly surprised haha! The food options are good and pricing is reasonable. The shops mostly contain Kpop/K-drama merchandise but there are also stores that have Korean makeup/skincare. The Main Street in itself is quite big but the K-kulture extends out to some of the surrounding streets, so make sure you wander out too or you’ll miss some good shops/food options.

A very nice traditional japanese neighborhood with strong korean influences. I recommend to go off att Tsuruhashi and walk to the monodani station (right next to korea town) to experience the international market with many korean delicacies!

There are a lot of korean snack, heavy meal, kpop store, and also so many skin care store for segmented korean make up or skin care. The most important thing is this place is a KIMCHI HEAVEN. I can literally stroll and buy each of every kind of imchi sold in this street. I didn't expect to go groceries but i ended up piled my bag with kgs of kimchis and stuff. A really good destination for snacking or having hearty meal, then continue with buying skin care to enjoy at home.

If you want to experience some Korea in Japan, this is definitely a must-see. Korean food and K-pop goods are seen in every corner of the street. If you're a Twice (K-pop girl group) fan and is looking for cheap official photocards, I highly suggest visiting 'Aroma', a store found in between Tsuruhashi station and the main Korea Town.

Korea town is more than the one strip that you originally see! Take a few minutes to start zigzagging around the cross streets to find some more amazing shops!

We hopped off the train and walked through a residential area to get to Korea Town. After reading up on why there is a Korea Town in Japan, we did meandered the street and tried different street foods like Korean corn dogs, tteokbokki, fish cake, potato twisters). They have an authentic kimchi vendor that had a pretty big line (worth it). We tried a restaurant with Korean style fried chicken-amazing. I noticed quite a few places in Japan sell Korean food, but it is more ‘Korean inspired’ than authentic—usually being oddly sweet or not spicy enough to pass for the real deal-come to Korea town if you want authentic Korean food from the locals. Peace!

Amazing district with lots of Korean street food. Very crowded but very particular and the food was delicious. We tried the Korean pancakes in two different places, the rice balls with spicy sauce and their kimchi sandwich which was delicious.Definitely worth a visit during lunch time to eat real Korean food.

Totally worth the visit. It must be one of the largest organized ktown outside of korea. If you look closer, you can get some actually decent korean food here.
