I'd have rated this place a 5 if we could have eaten off proper plates. This is essentially a takeaway with some indoor seating. Salads were fresh and very tasty as were our chickpea rolls. However it's all served up in takeaway containers very very much anti all the environmental rules. Signs on the wall say "use the bins provided to dispose of waste" yet there is only one small bin hidden beneath a table, and very difficult to dispose. They use wooden cutlery which all gets thrown into the same recycling bucket as everything else. We had some sparkling water and there was no segregated place to dispose of same. The shop is staffed by very young people who should know better about the environment

Slow and inefficient service at off peak hours. Stale cheap tasting sour dough bread 5 euro. Not sure why it was called sour dough, since it clearly wasn't.

Waited 15 minutes in a queue only to be repeatedly skipped because ordering at the back of the queue in the deli means you get put to the front apparently. The place is understaffed, overpriced and made me feel like they didn't want to serve me. Even serving someone behind me as they took my order resulting in them stepping up and paying before me when I'd been there for so long. All I wanted was a coffee, that was nice but the experience was disappointing at best.

Expensive! Everything! Coffee was okay, nothing special €3.15 for Americano. Quite a few sachets of sugar had holes in them, which I have to say would make me very nervous of overnight visitors with small feet, especially with so much food around in open fridges. Not saying it's actually happening but, holes don't appear by themselves.

I was disappointed by how little plantbased / vegan food options were available. We had the falafel wrap which tasted nice (improvement idea: warm up the falafels in advance & use more sauce), but they were quite pricey considering that they were quite small and that there are no proper tables to sit. So overall nice shop but didnt convince us, prices to high for what you get.

Great place with great food. Best soup and sausage rolls you’ll find. Great coffee and lovely friendly staff! Definitely recommend to a friend.

A really lovely spot to drop in for some small bites and coffees. The pork pie, spinach and feta quiche and sausage roll tasted so fresh and were delicious, which we washed down with really well made coffees. Of course we had to get some pastries and sweet treats to go which were equally tasty. Staff were so friendly, professional and pleasant. Will definitely be back.
