It was my first time coming to Little Spurs, and I would highly recommend it! The staff was helpful, and NP was amazing! She was very attentive and made my child feel comfortable! I loved the whole experience, giving the fact that my child went in feeling sick. This place and staff exceeded my expectations.

Brought my toddler here at 8pm on 11/14/23 & was checked in immediately, the wait to see the provider was also quick. (Loved it.) From the front desk receptionist, to triage and to the provider; everything was smooth and everyone was so friendly and professional. Thank you guys!

Nice place I love that you can schedule an appointment and not have to sit inside and wait. They have the online wait-list so you can see how many patients are there or ahead of you and also have it posted on a TV inside. The staff is super friendly and sweet and gentle with the kids !

I took my children in for a sore throat and fever, the doctor said they had nothing without even doing the necessary tests. The next day I had to take them to the emergency room because they couldn't breathe and that's when I They said they had not one but three viruses ps I have been in intensive care with my children for three days

Friendly and courteous staff, front desk lady did give a heads up for us as walk ins it’d be a wait , even gave us a specific time frame but we didn’t have to wait that long to be seen . The intake nurse was sweet and the doctor was polite and informative, the whole process took around a hour and a half not bad . Thank you to the whole staff for a pleasant visit.

I love this place but your front desk is horrible hire better people because all of them have attitudes a black guy and Mexican woman. The woman name is Carol she screamed at my kids because they were playing with a little girl and was laughing. They didn’t scream at the other woman kids that was Hispanic just mine because they were black. And everyone knows my children are autistic up there why I felt comfortable to bring my kids up there because they don’t handle certain things well.

The staff is nice! It’s very quick and clean!I like that they have online access to reserve your spot in line and when you get there it doesn’t take long! To be seen!

Staff was super friendly! Ladies in the front were chatty and smiling while talking with them, even when I had tricare questions/issues. The nurse that saw my daughter was thorough and made sure all my questions were answered. We got there when they opened and were in and out within an hour.

Great place to go to when your child or children need be seen. Whether its booking an appt online or a walk-in (May take a little longer to be seen) but it sure does beat the emergency room waiting. Staff is not the friendliest but the are efficient and they are not rude. Have came here more than once and they always seem to help and resolve the issues.

Took my 3yr old daughter last night to be seen for a dislocated elbow. Went in stating this was the problem and just needed someone to put it back into place. After many failed attempts and x-rays they sent us home with a sling. Called today to discuss their findings with the x-rays stating that it must be just bruised. Ironically enough they called after we had just arrived home from the hospital for a second opinion because I knew they were wrong. They were also rough with my daughters arm, flinging it around and when they were doing the x-rays it took twice as long as it should've because they were referencing a book because they didn't know what they were doing and my husband ended up putting it in the right position for the image. Don't waste your time here. We were in and out of Kaufman emergency and they actually fixed my daughters arm, whereas little spurs took 3hrs and no resolve and they were wrong with their final diagnosis. No thanks!!

I was able to be seen the same day and very little wait once I checked in. The entire staff was friendly and looked happy to be there even 15 minutes before closing. I wasn’t able to get my 2-year old to give a urine sample so instead of making her uncomfortable and miserable with a catheter, I was given the option to collect the sample myself in the comfort of my home and bring the urine sample back the next morning which is Sunday. I never felt rushed or pressured, my entire experience was beyond my expectations for an urgent care center.

It was just awesome! They took me in right as soon as I came in. Looking forward to come back if my children get sick ever again. However, the only thing I did not like was assistant who called us in. She was lazy and had an ugly attitude.

I walked in with my teen aged son today at 7:30 PM, he had an ingrown toenail. Doctor was very friendly and nice, very patient and dedicated woman she took her time to do the job, and explain step by step the recovery process. I will go back to this place every time I need to. Plus is very convenient the hours of operation!!!!!!!!

It was okay overall, I didn’t have an emergency like other kids in the waiting room but I did have concerns. Front desk lady on the right was rude as soon as I told her I checked in online. My baby cried a lot when they checked his temperature and it may be because stuck it in too far right away, especially since my baby didn’t cry or show any signs of fussiness when they checked his weight first. The dr seemed overwhelmed and stressed out, which I don’t blame her, either way I do trust the information that was given to me but I will be getting a second opinion from my baby’s primary Dr. This is definitely a good place to go to for an emergency or if you need answers fast, the staff in the back was very friendly as well.

I came in late after work for assistance with an infected sticker bug in my daughter’s foot. We arrived about 6:40 and the place closed at 8:30. They definitely could have turned us away judging by how full the waiting room was but they didn’t. We did have to wait about an hour and a half but even though it was past closing time they still saw us. We were seen by the sweetest doctor who knew exactly what to do to help my daughter. Gave us expectations and what to do and watch out for. She also prescribed antibiotics. She sent my daughters prescription right over and it was available next day at the pharmacy. My daughter is now feeling 100% better. So thankful for this place. It is hard taking off of work and getting to their primary care doctor so it’s good to have a nice caring pediatric office available outside of normal business hours

It was my first time at this location, everyone is very friendly including the front desk lady with dark hair she had such a great attitude. The Medical assistants and the provider that saw my child was very attentive and understanding. Will definitely recommend, and will be coming back when needed.

Great care and great providers. They are my go to since my Pedi is in Richardson. Location is excellent and check in is always easy. The providers have been excellent, caring and compassionate. I’m very satisfied with the proximity of a quality pediatric urgent care. Also, it’s a plus that they only charge the PCP copay vs my urgent care copay, saves me $20 each time.

My two year old needed stitches and everyone at this location was so kind and professional. The facility was clean, and the wait wasn’t all that bad. The Nurse Practitioner Amanda was amazing and is very knowledgeable and sweet. Her MA was super kind as well. Thank you all for being so welcoming and extremely helpful, you all are appreciated❤️

🫤 Updating my previous 5 star review to be 2 stars. When I received my itemized bill from the office, I was billed for services that didn't make sense/didn't even receive. When I called to ask about this, the individual that helped me said that all the services I received were "protocol" and everyone...

😠 This is Teresa. She works at the CareNow in N.Dallas on Preston. She is the most unprofessional and rudest person that works for HCA.
