*** Do Not Go To This Dental Office*** If you care about good service I would advise anyone NOT to go to this Dental Office. The ladies they have working at the front desk are so Unprofessional, No Customer Service Skills at all and just plain IGNORANT AND LACK TRAINING. ALL I CAN THINK OF IS MAYBE THEY GOT THE JOB BY BEING RELATED TO OR BLOWING THE DENTIST HELL I DONT BUT ITS SAD. Because there is know way these women would have a job anywhere else with their horrible attitudes and inexperience. It's a shame, and it really makes the Dentist look really bad. I would advise everyone to please look up the Dental Office with the Dental Board when looking for dental care so that you do not regret that you went there. I hope the Dentist reads this review and understands this is why he will be losing myself and my family as patients. I have a lot of siblings that go to this Dental Office and now we are all leaving because the service is really really bad. No way will I ever refer anyone to to this Dental Office. I'm just voicing my concern to the public so no one else has to go through what I have gone through with this office. I hope this review helps someone . God Bless.

Recently had to have a retreat on a root canal performed by them. They left some sort of material in the canal. An infection developed. My husband visited them for a cleaning only and some how they suggested he need 2 crowns without an explanation. I believe it was all insurance fraud. While the dentist is nice his work is awful. It will cost you more in the long run if you visit Buckner Dental. You will get better service and treatment at the dental school in Dallas. Please do your research and go to someone who cares about the health of your teeth!

Dr. Osorio is so humble and gave me such hope that no other dentist has taken the time to do!!! His front office staff is AMAZING! I was so scared I couldn’t get what needs to be done! But their payment options were explained to me and I am moving forward with him as my dentist!

I love Buckner Family Dental. Dr. Osorio and his staff are awesome. They are friendly and very helpful. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Buckner Family Dental and will continue to have all of my dental work there in the future.

This was the BEST dental experience I’ve ever had to date. I’m new to Dallas and heard good things about Dr. Osorio. The front staff was so kind and funny and nice. Nikki is their hygienist and she was AMAZING. She was so fast and efficient. Dr. Osorio actually listened to the fact that I don’t numb in my mouth and strategically numbed me so I didn’t feel a thing. I’ve never actually enjoyed a deep cleaning until this office. The front office called and made sure I was feeling okay after the fact and double checked that I sent the prescription to the right place. I was reading the reviews and laughed. Anyone that could ever have a problem with this office, probably just had an attitude problem themselves or never listened to the aftercare. I will be a forever patient to this place.

I have been going here for at least 10 years. Each and every time everyone I encounter is very genuine and helpful. They are like family.

Dr. Osorio did extensive bridge work in my mouth for which I do not seem to have adequate words to express my gratitude. WHAT AN AWESOME JOB! I could not be more satisfied. From childhood through adult life, my teeth had been horrible, but now as a senior citizen, I love the way my teeth look and feel.
