It was quiet here on Black Friday. Nice to try the US breakfast menu. Pictures posted of the food. The McGriddle made with pancakes was pleasant. Plenty of seats here and service for the food was fast but they were slow to serve the orange juice

Service was fast and easy, and it's McDonald's food, so what you expect. There's also armed security 👮to keep out the riff raff.

Slowest McDonald's ever. Order food at 9:55pm, waiting for food. Asked staff about it after 10min, I was informed that they will call my Order. Another 10 min goes by, same answer. After few minutes, informed manager i need money back. then, he handed out food from back that was probably sitting there from no idea how long. At this point half hour total time and I got refunded my money back. There were many customers like ahead of me waiting for food. Oh yes, they don't allow restroom after 9pm per security guy. Overall don't go for service, go for cold food

The iconic McDonalds arches are great to see again. It looks great in downtown Dallas. The exterior architecture on this building is retro to the McDonalds’ of the past. I wish all the new buildings could be built the same way. Food is average McDonalds- nothing special.

I've never been disappointed in the quality and freshness of anything that i have been served to order from here as bussy as it always is at any given time they always manage to keep it clean friendly crew quick and efficient without sacrificing the quality. I haven't ate here in many years but I'll never forget how good it has allways been today im just enjoying my favorite.. sweet tea

MLK Day was icy and snowy here in Dallas this year, and the workers at this McDonalds braved all that to come in. When I pulled up to the drive thru to order, I was a scatter-brain and the man on the other side was so patient and just had a positive good vibe in his voice. I just wanted to let the internet know that I appreciate him and his team very much for even being in today and giving great customer service on top of that.

This MacDonald's is located right inside Dallas downtown. One can experience very great view of Dallas downtown skyscrapers from here. Parking is bit hard to find here as this place has small parking. However there is paid parking just adjacent to this place which can be used. I visited this place just to see the downtown Dallas.

Good food, fast… even with many orders. Keep it up staffs.

I was disappointed on my order I requested for breakfast. I had asked the Mcgriddle with egg and cheese. But request the sausage to the side. Got to work and only had the Mcgriddle and the sausage but no egg or cheese. The new hired kids don't know how to take orders. I want back the next day to get it corrected. But not thinking going back with bad service. They could have given me a pie or something for their mistake.

Their Fries are Americas best kept secret. Wish they served them bottomless 🙏🙌 Honest review! You can even order your burgers gluten free! Here’s the secret! Just tell them no bread with that burger and sometimes they go above and beyond and put the condiments in the middle and seal it off with cheese

It was excellent I like that they still have these soda machine where customers can access. They have security I ordered the sausage egg biscuit 🍪 it was fresh , so if you want fast speedy service try this place. Ve been to some McDonald's eggs no flavor sausage no flavor biscuits falling apart but here yummy 🤤🤤😋
