The best dentist I've ever been to. The staff is great and Dr. James is a breath of fresh air. I recommend this dentist to everyone!! I just had my three month cleaning today with Ms. Kim. She was so sweet and very gentle in my teeth. Loved her stories as well. I love these ladies!! Can't wait for my next visit! Keep up the great work ladies!!❤️

I went in for a cleaning, they were timely, very kind and compassionate. I spent most of my time with the person who did my x-rays and the dental hygienist for the cleaning. I felt like she listened to my concerns and gave me things to consider. Dr. James came in at the end, she was very kind and nice. She let me ask her any questions I had. I will refer my friends and will be back for my routine cleaning!

I had such a great experience coming in for my first visit. My hygienist, Kimberely, took her time with my cleaning and explaining everything along the way. She was just a pleasure along with Dr. James, Isela, & Liz. Sorry if i missed anyone, all you ladies rock! My teeth are looking so white, fresh, & clean! 10/10 recommend!

Love this office, the staff and dentist! The dental assistants, hygienists and so sweet and the dentist and she’s so gentle compared to the other dentist offices I’ve been too especially having braces in the past. My husband also like this office and the location. The location right off the highway and near many restaurants if you wanna get a bit before hand. All in all 5 stars!

My first time here. I really enjoyed my experience. Very clean office and good experience. Rachel (the Hygienist) and Dr. James (the Dentist) were kind and pleasant to speak with. Rachel was very knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with while I waited on the Dentist. Love seeing POC working throughout the office. Love Supporting our own. My first Black Dentist. Yay! Was a great experience and would recommend to anyone, especially anyone new to Dallas looking for a Dentist. 🙂

Fast service explained everything to me from the work that needs to be done to the fees associated with the work. Very comfortable environment and staff was amazing. Called me by name and made sure everything was ok with me throughout the visit. Way better than my last dentist!!!

TDL is clean/sanitary, smells great, and seems to be fair in terms of treatment recommendations/pricing. The staff members/dentist are very kind, down to earth, and knowledgeable. I’m so grateful I’ve found a well rounded dentist office where I feel comfortable going.

My experience has always been good at Trinity Loft Dental. Rachel has done my deep tissue cleaning and routine cleaning and she is the best. Rachel is personable, friendly, ensures your comfortable and informative.
