Dr. B and her staff are THE BEST! I’ve been going to Katy Trail Dental for almost 2 years. Always have a great experience…. Very professional and kind. I ignored my dental health for a long time and was so embarrassed about that, but they were very understanding and not judgmental. They instantly put me at ease. Dr. B is very sweet and never in a rush. She always takes time to sit and talk with me about my concerns. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

Dr. Bahramnejad uses the latest technology in her practice but more importantly, she and her team provide the highest level of care in a friendly and welcoming environment. I was impressed that I was able to make all the arrangements for my visit on their website, they were also very helpful over the phone. Overall I had a very pleasant experience. I have been a patient at KTD for about 8 months. Their service has been fantastic, from the reception, to hygienists, to Dr. B herself. They are very communicative about cost up front. I always feel that they give sound advice and allow me to choose treatment options. I highly recommend their practice.

Had no problems with old management but new management is awful. I came in today for my routine appointment where I was told I had a $316 balance due. Apparently their estimate for what my insurance pay was off by $316. They are also out of network with all providers something that was not disclosed or explained to me when given the estimate. They justify this as it being a "estimate with no guarantee" well it was the only reason I signed off on the procedures was because of said estimate which is a shady business practice. I took the extensive cleaning that the doctor recommend we do for a third time that she described as "not necessary but a good precaution" so I said yes because of the estimate they gave me. Had I known it was a complete roll of the dice on payment I would have said no. I spoke with them about this how I feel not only lied to but also ambushed as they waited until I sit in the chair to tell me the balance was still due. They had four contact points with me as we scheduled the new appointment to bring that up. They have my email and they have my phone. You think a six month overdue bill would be mentioned to me in some manner other than snail mail (which I do not remember receiving). I asked multiple times if they did not see the issue with this and was told that it was policy and they can't change it. So if you go be prepared to pay everything out of pocket. I am disappointed not only by their actions but attitude towards me when I expressed my concerns politely. This used to be such a great place to go.

My experience at Katy Trail Dental was spectacular!!! I was greeted at the door by the lovely women at the front desk and was immediately guided on what to do and how long I would have to wait. I was then taken to the back where, the hygienist, Alicia did a flawless job at making sure I was comfortable with her work throughout my cleaning. After the cleaning was finished Dr. B came to meet me, doing a full exam making sure everything looked good. She then let me know what I should work on and suggested the ways I could reduce the minor problems I was having. Overall, I would definitely recommend using Katy Trail Dental as your primary dentist! Visiting soon at the scheduled appointment made by the, again, lovely front desk employee.
