I love smoothies. I spend half my paycheck here and I’ve been so reluctant to write a review, but man… this place has just been horrible for months now. They can’t keep staff. There’s only ever one person there. I order a smoothie and it takes and average of 20 minutes to make. It’s partially empty. They are never consistent. It’s just a mess. Why bother?

I arrived at 6:45. Waited until 7:15 for the store to open. No one showed up to open the store at the posted time of 7:00. This Smoothie King is garbage.

Normally smoothie kings are great for me but this one sucks. Not enough workers to keep up and half of the workers don’t know what they are doing. All the workers were sluggish and it took me forever to get my smoothie despite there being only one person I front of me. Smoothie tasted fine but nowhere near what it normally is like. Also ordered a 40oz and got a 32oz.

Three times in a row, terrible experience. My smoothie tastes like crushed ice, I could blend ice at home if that's what I want to have. The employee was too busy talking to her coworker or on her phone the entire time. Then, I proceeded to salvage my drink by adding ice and water. Well, the result shows. This is a second drink after she got my order wrong the first time.

Erin and Ryan were so professional and courteous on my first visit to this location. I will definitely be back to this location so kindhearted and welcoming.

After my workout, this place is my first stop. Can’t do anything without the smoothie and everyone is freakin nice.

Checked the hours on google and it said open at 6:30. When I arrive store was dark and the sign confirmed 6:30 as the open time, but there was no one there. Came back at 7am and still not open. This store needs new management or a new owner that can be on time or responsible.

Guy that opened 12/27. Did not open at 7am and didn’t even acknowledge me standing outside to even say he’s running behind or something

This location is slow, slow. ,slow. Thought I was stopping for a quick 20oz smootie before my shift. Pulled up to dive thru at 6. One car in front of me. Made it to the window at 6:15 only to wait 5 more mins and still didn't have my smootie. I knocked on the window to see if the smootie would be ready soon and the lady asked what I ordered and said she was making online orders that were coming in. So I have been waiting all this time for you to make online orders when I'm actually here waiting. This has happened before. This location is horrible and not staffed properly for evening shifts. I won't be returning to this location. And the smootie wasn't good.

This location is very convenient and close to home/work. I go to this location often, and a young lady (Only one that I have seen use glasses), is not friendly at all! I went in yesterday, (7/22/23-Saturday) and there was another young employee by HERSELF, who was very attentive/friendly taking care of orders and preparing everything on her own. While "Ms.Employee with Glasses" was sitting in the back on her cell phone. It is getting out of hand, because she is always on her phone instead of assisting. I will have to stop going to this location or just take my business elsewhere. Management needs to step up!
