    Excellent customer service from everyone. Very helpful. This computer store has everything plus audio, lights, microphones, cords, monitors, etc.. just about anything and everything you need. I'll definitely be back!

    I geek out at this place and got you people born in the 1900s that means I lose my mind when I go there because of all three cool 😎 electronics and good customer service.

    I was very positively impressed with the experience I received at Micro Center yesterday. I came in to the store to resolve two issues: 1) my PC had been making a loud whirring sound, 2) I was receiving messages that I was very low on memory and wanted to know the options I had to increase the memory on my unit. I stood in line for only a few seconds while holding the PC and the manager kindly showed me a nearby counter where I could lay the unit down. She then asked if I had signed in using the bar code at the entrance of the line---I hadn't seen it, so was grateful for her direction, then proceeded to sign in. The process was very easy and quick. William A. assisted me with the issues I have described. He was polite, patient and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire visit. He took time to analyze what could be causing the whirring sound. First, he cleaned the very dusty interior of the unit thinking this might resolve the issue. It did not, but William was undeterred in figuring out what was causing the noise. He did locate where the problem was and worked quickly to resolve it. It had been the fan at the front of the unit that had been making the sound. He led me to where I could select which fan I wanted as a replacement, then offered to install it while I waited. I was shocked at this level of service! The computer is absolutely silent now and William A. made it feel as though I have a brand new unit! Regarding the issue of needing more memory, William did some investigative work to figure out why/how I was running low on memory. He took time to show me where it would be possible to install additional hard drives to add more memory to the unit, but first, he said he wanted to see if I was taking advantage of the memory already on my computer. I was surprised when he showed me I had not even begun to use another drive on my PC which had nothing stored on it as yet. He made this drive active and thus resolved the issue I had with having had low memory. I cannot tell you how grateful I was for the help I received from William A. I had imagined, worse scenario possible, that I would be told I'd need an entirely new computer. This certainly wouldn't be the news I'd want to hear at the holidays. William fixed the problems for under $45! So, I consider this to have been Micro Center's holiday present to me. I want to say that this high caliber of service is the reason why I am a faithful Micro Center customer. I have bought several computers (Apples and PCs), laptops, Fit Bits and other accessories at this store. It was also for this reason that I recently purchased a $1,000.00 gift certificate as a present for a family member. I am confident my family and friends will receive the same high quality of service and attention that I have received throughout the years. Please share my comments with William A. He is an exceptional representative for Micro Center and my hope is that these comments will encourage him to continue to give others the same outstanding service I received.

    It's much cheaper getting stuff in store than online. If you're passing by, it is definitely worth your time. (Also the picture is of their store brand type of thing but it is a very good numpad for the price)

    Feel like a kid in a candy store every time, and I always find what I need, get the assistance from employees whenever I have questions, and as long as you know price match policy it's a very smooth protocol to get that taken care of. As a former Best Buy employee I gotta say, the world would be so much better if Microcenter bought them out. Needed to get a new case, RAM, and graphics card. Went on Microcenter's website, got an accurate idea of stock and pricing, and then went in person (didn't do my order online cause I love the actual shopping experience). Phillip Stermitzke was a really cool dude, and great associate and let me know if there were any potential price matches or if there was/wasn't a better alternative to what I was buying. For example I bought 6 PWM fans for the case, and found 5-packs online and he let me know that Microcenter didn't carry those to save me the time looking which I appreciate. If I don't come back sometime soon assume I'm dead because I love Microcenter!

    Good deal, fast pick up. But I hope customers can get a box for 1000+ dollars items just purchase. (I have my own box, have a case, and just live in 2nd floor but not everyone does) Also inventory system needs update, I ordered a ASUS 1000w power supply which said 7 left but a few minutes after placed I got a email telling me that is out of stock while the website was saying in stock. (and I grabbed a 850 instead. Also the 360 AIO cant fit in my case so I returned it and grabbed a noctua)

    I used to work in this store over 10 years ago. A couple days ago I was in need of a new laptop. The website did have one particular model in stock so I took note of the SKU since that was the best way to search for a product. The worker in the laptop area was helpful in quickly locating the item quickly and the checkout process was a breeze. Yes it took quite a bit but I understand the reasoning. I'll continue to use this store for my computer needs.

    I've only made a few purchases at this particular store and have had a relatively good experience, but I made the mistake of ordering an item on-line and waited at least 20 minutes while the employee at the on-line pick-up counter explained his on-line gaming prowess to a pair of customers ahead of me. Although I was next in line, I finally decided to tell one of the employees I no longer wanted the item and left. By the time I left, there were no fewer than 6 individuals behind me. I thought ordering on-line would be faster.

    Overall great experience and the deals are second to none. Got both of these printers for less than what I would have on the "big name online store." Only issue was the slight wait to talk to someone as there were only a few available folks in the section I was in.

    Don’t buy any extra warranty or insurance they offer in this store. When you bring back they will try to reject it. Sale person will try to trick you to buy extra warranty that offer by micro center, but they will not tell you detail how it work. Make sure you record when you talk to them because their managers will say I not there when you purchase the it. I used to love this store but I rather go to Best Buy now.
