Let me start by saying I’m currently transitioning my hair…. I went to Ulta to find products because the normal ones that worked on my hair were no longer working…. I got into the store and was met by Jacob. He was smiling and so helpful but I doubted him because he was white…. I know this sounds horrible but his hair is very different from mine and I wasn’t sure if I could trust it. LET ME TELL YOU WHAT! All of the products that he recommended work perfect and my hair feels absolutely fabulous. I guess the saying don’t judge a book by its cover is 100 percent true. I can not thank you enough Jacob and I’m sorry for doubting you. Will for sure be back to see you!!! You are God sent!!!!!

Emily the manager is very rude and disrespectful. She was on her phone and 1 other girl was checking out customers and Emily just sat on her phone and finally helped out . She was very rude.

I would like to first of all say I am am a diamond VIP member so the experience I had at the Ulta store by the Galleria Mall was disturbing and insulting. They have a female security guard and when I walked inside she of course greeted me and I happily returned the greeting. I promptly went to the nail area being that was the purpose of my visit. I was in this very small aisle when I noticed the security guard had suddenly moved her chair and now she was directly aligned with the aisle I was on. I walked around to the next aisle because I realized it was a clearance area, and suddenly she was standing at the opposite end of that aisle. I went back over to the nails and she appeared again. I went to go check out on the far side of the store and suddenly she appeared again.FOR SOME UNKNOWN REASON THIS SECURITY GUARD BRANDED ME AS SOME SORT OF THIEF. IT WAS INSULTING TO SAY THE LEAST AND QUITE FRANKLY HAVING SOMEONE STANDING OVER YOU WHILE YOU SHOP SUDDENLY MAKES SHOPPING MUCH LESS APPEALING.

I have never had issues with a ulta before but for some reason I ran into one at this location. The associates are not friendly and I assume they have a really bad problem with theft because everyone seems super alert and uneasy. I tried to use my points with a discount and they wouldn’t allow me. Never have I ever experienced this at another location. Never will go to this location again.

Super unprofessional salon. I had a blow out appointment at 11:15am. She was running late , kept saying 10 mins and finally 1145am she said it would take her 20 more minutes. I had a blow out scheduled for my birthday for a lunch at 2pm. She completely ruined it for me. I could have left early and gone to another place but she kept me waiting till it was too late.

Salma is amazing!!! I got highlights at another location as was very unhappy. She took the time to consult, helped me get a refund from the other location and honey the color correction was AMAZING!! Go to salma that’s it!

I visited this location today and was trying to make a purchase and use my points and my coupon I had. I was planning on spending over $100, the African American cashier said no you can only use one, either my coupon or my points. I told her I had been shopping at Ulta for over 10 years And have been using both. She said no. So I just walked out without getting anything. What an uneducated woman. I had went to another store and they said I was able to use both. I do not recommend this store! I always have issues here.

I want to give shout out to Salma!! She did an incredible job with my hair and always does! Followed her from another location and I drive all the way from Forney because she always does an amazing job!

Just left 11/22/23 time 7:04pm. The two ogres “working” were useless. Especially the they/them, short blonde hair one. I can see why they wouldn’t be walking around asking customers if they need help. I suggest Ulta hire employees that can actually maneuver around. I’m sure having a buffalo hump on their backs doesn’t help much. I always go to this location & have never encountered employees like today.

Salma gave me a super fun yellow to green blend!! It’s my favorite color and she’s very talented!! Thank you!
