My granddaughter chose Olive Garden to have her 18th Birthday dinner. It turned out to be awesome. We were placed in a private room. The manager personally made sure we were comfortable and accommodated. I really like that touch. Our server Cody was not only able to take all our orders without writing them down. He never missed a beat on anyone's request. He was young so the girls vibed with him which made it even better. The food was hot and delicious. I like the new selections they have..budget friendly. The overall experience was Great! Thank Olive Garden for making my babies night memorable!

The waiting time was for about 35’ in rush hours. But it was worth the wait. The restaurant was very clean and it smelled good. It didn’t have the cheesy smell than other locations had when I visited. The food was delicious and the service was great. The waitress (Michelle) was super nice and very professional and experienced. My favorite dish from the menu it’s their salad and bred, but all the pastas were rated 5⭐️ by our family members.

Food was good. 2 weeks ago I had gotten a steak with pasta and it was Well Done when I ordered it Medium Rare. They quickly fixed the problem. Customer service wasn't really that good but it was kind of busy so I guess it's reasonable. They just forgot ketchup for my little brother's meal. They gave drink refills as well when it was needed. I got the same order some other weeks ago and a waiter was really friendly and recommended us a desert which made my family order it and he always knew what we needed but it was probably because there weren't many people there so I understand if waiters take a while if there are more people that need to be attended. Over it's great, highly recommend. They give larger serving sizes than other olive garden's as well which is why I usually go here than the one in mesquite and at the same price.

Friendly staff, and the food was good. I had soup & salad, and my guest had the Tour Of Italy. We shared a bowl of already sauce for the breadsticks. We got there at a great time and was not busy.

The sausage tasted kind of weird so I had them take it back but everything else was really good.

Insect in salad!! Let me start by saying I feel bad for writing this review because the manager was so kind when I called…but I don’t know how I could not write this as I found a full insect in my salad and immediately was sick after seeing this. It will be my last time at any Olive Garden.

Our server provided excellent service, I have no complaints. The food to me was not worth the money though, overpriced with absolutely no taste or seasoning. I would rather go to Carrabba's where you get good flavor and portion for your money. Otherwise the property was fine, I was just disappointed in the meals. Update: I came back here for a birthday dinner on 9/18/21 and sadly my review hasn’t changed much. Our server Cody was amazing! It was a party of 12 and he handled it all really well. The food portions were large and the plates were hot, but the flavor was lacking. I got the Chicken & Shrimp Carbonara and it was so bland it felt like I got a lot of tasteless food. However, the calamari, mozzarella cheese sticks, salad, and bread sticks were all perfect!

The service was too slow, probably because of more people in the restaurant. It took 20 minutes for just placing the order. It’s a little high cost restaurant, so be ready for the it. We got Chicken n Gnocchi soup, Chicken Alfredo, Chicken Parmigiana, marinara on the side , breadsticks and for the dessert Strawberry cream cake. I liked soup & Chicken Alfredo but the Parmigiana could have been better. Overall, a good ambiance, rich Italian menu and slow service.

Had great experience today with a sever named Joshue H at table 45. He was the only server I’ve met in last 6 months that was actually super nice to someone with a baby. Usually servers just ignore us, but he was so nice and talked to baby, talked to us. Wish we could afford more than a 20% tip. He deserves more :)

The food was great; the service impeccable. If I had to complain about anything it would be the prices of today's family restaurants. It cost entirely way too much to take your family out to dinner. In that regard, Olive Garden is no exception. Their prices are, to me, astronomical. I spent $169.29 for myself, my Son-in-law, my daughter and my 5 year old granddaughter and 7 year old grandson (they had ate from the children's menu). I give 5 stars for the quality and service. If I could rate the prices I'd give ¼ of a star. If you've got big money, go to Olive Garden.

Quick seating and quick service. Little too quick of service like on the pushy hurry up side but other than that our server was great. We all got the chicken alfredo and it was pretty good. Needed more sauce but it was still good. Bread sticks were on point as usual and the starter salad was really good with the ranch and Italian.

This was a while ago but oh my god the food was so on point. Service here is great and friendly. Was a 10/10 experience for me.

Nice atmosphere. Good food. Ok service. Slow to be waited on. Very slow for food to arrive. Waited at bar until we were seated. Bartender gave us a little attitude at first. Maybe she was just having a bad moment? Overall, good visit.

The young lady that waited on us made the dining experience so nice. She was honest and helpful. We need more wait help like her. I will return because of her and no other reason. You know Olive Garden food and it's good but the wait staff make the experience. Thank you for having a thankful staff member working for you.
