Went to mall to go to the Apple store and spent some time exploring the mall too. Lots of great options for food and shopping, including fast food and sit down dining. They even have Five Guys!! Ground level has a skating rink and there are multiple parking garages so plenty of space to park. But my favorite is the decor/theme of the mall with green and trees and moss decorations on the walls. Looks like they did a great job reopening/adapting after Covid. Any unused store fronts have been covered up by green wallpaper with quotes or nice advertising so it doesn’t feel sad or empty like it’s going out of business. I went on a weekday and it was already decently busy.

Galleria is one of the best malls in DFW area and has almost all brand stores (Gucci, LV, Zara, Express, Macy's, Nordstrom, H&M, Sephora, Forever 21, Abercrombie, Banana republic etc.) under one big roof. It's clean, well kept and there's ample parking. However, unfortunately it seems that Galleria has also been impacted by COVID as quite a few spots are now vacant. There's an ice rink in the center. While there are plenty of dining options indoors and outdoors, a traditional centralized big food court is missing. Overall a great place for shopping, dining and hangout.

Fabulous lárge scale shopping mall. There is a high variety of shops to choose from, everything from designer brands to convenience stores. There is also a large selection of good outlets offering a wide variety of food types. I particularly enjoyed sitting watching the ice rink. I found it very relaxing while having a coffee. The ice rink can be viewed from all floors of the mall. The mall is very clean and very well maintained.

I hadn't been here in awhile. I forgot how many different shops and restaurants they have here. I picked up some last minute gifts and was in and out rather quickly. It's decorated nice for Christmas and they had a lot of people enjoying the ice rink. Cheerful vibes and family friendly location. 👍

So, it’s definitely a mall. Just very massive. Have you been to a mall before?? It’s like any other mall ever, except it humongous. It’s got all the stores you want. The food selection is particularly good for a mall. This place is massive. Fun for people watching.

Beautiful mall-The most beautiful mall I’ve come across so far! I wish I took more pics because I’ve been going back there since 2014. Otherwise, it has a diverse collection of stores to choose from ranging from clothes to desserts. Also, parking can be a bit tricky on busy days (as expected) but we always found a parking spot no matter what!

It's a huge mall. Place was nice. Ample parking. Great place for shopping! They have all the big commercially renounced brands. Plan to spend your whole day. You have so many choices in the food court when you get hungry. Don't forget ice skating ring to burn them calories!

Very big mall, 3 floors with lots of stores. I went on a busy time so it took a long time to get to the parking lot. I liked the skating ring at the bottom floor, and the big Christmas tree in the middle of it. They also had some shows, and Santa 🎅 to take pic if you have kids.

Great Mall for Holiday shopping with the Ice skating rink for extra fun. Be aware of the busy crowd in the shopping mall during the weekend to discount the shopping quality. There were also long lines in front of the restaurants.

A nice mall. It has many shops to buy whatever you want. The ice skating is something you may want to experience. During Christmas season, the place is very beautifully decorated. If you want to go shopping in Dallas, visit Galleria mall.

Wow! This place is amazing! Has most of the best stores my kids love. We spend most of the time shopping, playing and eating snacks. It has a huge parking area and very clean too. Building is very well maintained and store personnel were nice and courteous. It was very pack but we knew so we went with patience. Recommend it!

This is one of the most beautiful Malls in the DFW area, if not the most beautiful. The place has a lot of nice stores, luxury brands, semi-luxury, etc. They also have an ice rink and plenty of eateries and major restaurants like the oceanaire, Blue fish, etc.

First time back after covid started, it's a pretty big place to visit, walk, shop, eat or just walk around it's a four level building there's an ice skating place pretty big during the Christmas season there's lots of skating event's a pretty big tree that's all the way to the top pretty Decorations everywhere and everything looks very pretty. Right now that's lot's of good deals on pretty much every store, we ate at our favorite place Lucianos, food prices are going a little up like every where else. There's still Macy's, GAP, Old Navy, and lot's of many other big and little stores, make up store jewelry toys store shoes and even furniture stores yes lot's of stores and a little bit of everything, there's food in the lowest level, on the first you'll find lot's of stores and on the third or fourth there's more food I think it's on the third there's McDonald's, Philly, subway, pizza and many more. We sure be coming back there's lot's of people so yes it gets very busy and hard to find parking space in the garage.

Good times and a good mall. Multi level mega plex with a great Christmas Tree, I think it is one of the largest in the state. Ice skating rink on the notion floor and the nestle toll house cookie shops smells fill the air! Come see!

The Galleria Mall, despite its attempt to blend traditional retail with leisure activities, falls short in delivering a satisfactory experience. While it houses a range of well-known brands, this lineup of conventional mall stores feels uninspired and lacks diversity, offering little beyond the typical shopping fare. The predictability of the store selection might not excite those seeking a more unique or eclectic shopping experience. The mall’s indoor skating rink, while a novel feature, isn’t enough to elevate the overall mundane atmosphere. Although it provides a diversion from shopping, it seems like an afterthought rather than a fully integrated part of the mall experience. A significant downside to the Galleria Mall is its parking facility. The large parking garage, designed with narrow parking spaces, poses a considerable challenge for drivers of larger vehicles. This issue is not just an inconvenience but a major deterrent, as struggling to find suitable parking can significantly dampen the overall experience of visiting the mall. In summary, the Galleria Mall's reliance on traditional mall brands and its inadequate parking facility, particularly for larger vehicles, lead to a lackluster experience. The addition of an indoor skating rink does little to compensate for these shortcomings. Therefore, I can only justify a 2 out of 5 stars rating for this mall, as it needs substantial improvements in both variety and infrastructure to enhance its appeal to a wider range of visitors.

A very nice and high end Mall in metro Dallas. A lot of stores both high end and regular store chains. Lot of restaurants selections. On the third floor they have a food court. They even have an ice skating rink on the first floor. They also have a playground for the kids. Overall a nice place to shop and hang out with family..

I honestly just visited to enjoy the tree light up. It was rather busy but in a very calm manner. I enjoyed the ice skating show they had the day I visited. I will definitely visit in a less busy day to fully enjoy my shopping experience.

Nice fun place to spend time. The Apple Store always has a wait so prebook your appointment. The skating rink is lovely especially during winters.

07/28/2023 Crazy busy on a Friday afternoon in the food court on the 3rd floor. You will wait in a long line to order fast food. Not enough seating for those who want to sit and eat their food from the food court! The 3rd floor is very warm in the summer months. Had to go to inside Macy's on 2nd floor to find nearest restroom??? I didn't see any charging areas where you could sit and charge your phone. There is police presence throughout mall. Security in parking garage. Parking was free unless you pay for valet. There are also crossing guards to help pedestrians safely cross between garage and mall. Otherwise motorists will not stop for pedestrians even though it's state law. Mall closes at 8pm Mon-Sat. Why so early?

Nordstrom was great as usual. My salesperson in he lingerie department was exceptional. Thank you. The mall is so large that my husband drove to the other end of the Galleria to help me find jeans. (I have trouble walking vast distances.) Pictures are of the Banana Republic. I took additional pictures when we were in Nordstrom and posted them on Google Maps.

The play area on the third floor is great for kids of all ages! It’s a little dirty and a lot of kids unsupervised which can be scary but still fun. I felt like some of the kids were doing a little too much with no parents in sight but as long as you keep an eye on yours you’ll be alright. I love the variety of stores here, also the kids play area is definitely a plus! It’s super crowded so I was nervous for my 1 year old but she fit in just fine! Only thing I will say is that it’s not stroller friendly at all. I constantly park somewhere that has stairs and I cannot bring a stroller up. When I do on weekends when it’s super packed I have to have someone help me carry the stroller. So it’s not easily accessible for families or someone with a wheelchair. Plus the elevators are quite small so I usually have to wait a few turns when I’m going up. If you come when it’s less crowded it’s great but on weekends not so much!

A huge shopping complex with lots of shops and restaurants! During the holiday season there are Christmas tree decorations right from the entrance of the mall. There is also a huge Christmas tree in the center of the mall and an ice skating rink! Wonderful place to spend with friends/ family!

Decent mall with almost everything you need to hang out. Ice skating is the highlight of this mall. They have multiple entrances so don’t get confused. Parking will be full most of the times (on weekends especially) so try to reach there early if you’re planning on weekends. They provide free strollers if you need for your kids.

Beautiful Mall! Loved the variety of shops & especially the ice-skating rink! ⛸️⛸️ A Sprinkles cupcake machine is located near the ice-rink. My chocolate cupcake was Fabulous! There are also tons of photo spots throughout the mall. We had a great visit.

It's nice to see people still enjoying the malls. I was pleasantly surprised to see more men stores than women. As an 80s baby, it was nice to be reminded of better shopping 🛍️ times and the interaction between people. It was empty compared to pre-online shopping but still beautiful and enjoyable.

Haven't been here in about a decade. The surrounding areas have declined significantly. The houseless have migrated into the parking garages and there was no security in sight. The mall itself is nice and pretty large. Lots of construction happening and the traffic is terrible like anywhere else in Dallas lately. Pic of the crazy line for the HI CHEW pop up store.

Grand and awesome mall in Dallas. All famous brand under one roof. For the crowd thats pouring in weekends, the parking and entrances are well managed but lifts are bit crowded. They also have snow ski-ing in the ground floor. Place is well lit and well marked with shop locations. Support staffs well placed to assist people. Have a good time here with shopping and dining
