I don't understand what's the problem, if you have a problem with this place then leave. I like it here me being from LA this place is more than a safe haven, at least they have security guards (armed) my room is clean and always has been, this is home for because LA gave me hell. I Love Texas and I wanna give thanks to the fine people who run this super 7 I'm happy and feel safer than where I come from. This Place Has Approved!!

DO NOT stay at Super 7 motel in Dallas/Duncanville, Tx. It had Bed Bugs, Roaches, very unclean, and unkept conditions. The management "Team" and or the "owners" did NOT accommodate the over priced and unhealthy rental conditions nor the bad management of the unkept conditions IN SPITE of the ongoing, horrible customer service to avoid conflict, yet ultimately FORCED the paying customers to "BE EVICTED" having paid for these ongoing owner / manager EXCUSES for a resolution to these horrible conditions. Specifically with the receipts, ongoing price changes, workers "illegal" control of price INCREASES by the office workers, this establishment REVOKED customer satisfaction and CONTINUES to assume their policies are valid. Unfortunately, ALL customers must FIGHT THESE ongoing roach infestations on there own, unless Litigation is brought forth at the "customers" personal expense. TO AVOID UNNEEDED HEALTH CONCERNS, DOI NOT STAY AY THE SUPER 7 Duncanville/Dallas location off of I-20 in Dallas, TX. This place needs to be, especially because of alleged improvements that STILL are not improved. This place should be or needs to be CONDEMNED!

rooms are hit or miss, some good and decent no bugs,some are sleepable,some not so great. need to be updated but they have specials 3 nights get 4th free. not too bad.

This motel has the potential to get so much better if management makes a plan for their employees and tenants and stick to it. Make them accountable for their actions. Any tenant causing chaos,fighting,, loud noise defacing the property and dropping trash from the upper to the lower should be thrown and placed on a probation period. Do weekly inspections of rooms for cleanliness and upkeep of their rooms and daily trash removal to the dumpster and make them sign a contract between tenant and management. Better extermination and tenant respect for their rooms and grounds; the roaches and mice will evacuate. Good luck 7. I was there from last November until September. It was my home

Very nice room. Good size. Great price! Great value. Clean. Weekly rates that are super affordable. Great staff. Convenient location. Safe. I will only stay here when I need a room in this area. They weren't always this nice. But they have put some work into the rooms. Give them a try You'll be glad you did!

This is the first time that I've ever heard of a motel charging $20.00 to use a heater when the unit itself doesn't work. On top of that the room wasn't properly cleaned. There was trash under and at the head of the bed. Speaking of the bed there was only 1 sheet on the bed along with a mattress pad. The staff refused to give another sheet. Nor will they give you clean towels. Unless you raise. The remote to the TV is $20. And the wifi didn't work at all. On top of that.they will charge you $40.00 if you are 2 minutes late with paying for the room. . the staff with the exception of the Indian lady will lie like a pro. The place has great potential but the staff and the way they look at black and brown people. And they treat us like we are all criminals and biggers. And fam that shii sucks on a gas tank. The staff is Just freaking awful. Because when you have a 1 or 2 star motel. The fact that the public as well as the industry itself feels that your place is trash. You should be trying to impress the ones who come and try to do business with you

After a long drive, my partner and I were extremely tired. We get here and didn’t really expect much being it looks worn down but all other rooms were sold out. There was a white female with a black security guard there and she stated that they had one room left with no tv in it so we said cool because we were tired and didn’t plan on watching tv. She gave us the wrong room number in the beginning then changed it to room 204 after telling us 207. Needless to say we walk in and right back out. Probably the worst hotel room I had seen in my entire 31 years of living. The bed and room did not smell or look safe to be in. We immediately went back downstairs to ask for our money back. She refused and the the security guard threatened us even though there was no argument. Needless to save we gave the key back and left and took a loss of money we could have spent on something we could actually use. Highly disappointed and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The owner should really get people who know customer service and fix the place up. Sad.

Had to switch rooms due to period blood on the mattress, when I told the staff at the front office, all they did was was snicker and give me another room. Window A/c was in its final stages (putting it lightly), fridge was covered in frost and crackheads liked to hangout by the door. How is this not an hourly rates motel is beyond me.

We stayed 4 days here......it was peaceful didn't hear alot of noise. The housekeeping staff comes by every morning with fresh towels and sheets. It's not the Hilton, but if you need to get away for a few days or traveling and need a place to stop this place is ok. I'm giving 3 stars because the office told me and my husband we would have a fridge and microwave. That was a lie.. . Lol but other than that we had cable tv and wifi....and there are plenty of restaurants nearby

The girl that worked on Sunday April 16 was the rudest person ever… like for real. I went there at like 5 AM and she didn’t even tell us if we could get a room or not. She just handed us our ID’s back and sat down, and we were waiting outside thinking that she was looking something up for us. We stayed there before and were able to get a room just fine. The worst experience I’ve ever had at this time.

Rude and rooms are so filthy. Floors look like they have never even been swept.

They really don't care. I went to the other two motels that is right by. This motel is the only one that had a dirty shower curtain.

New clean rooms nice office staff no bugs new everything. Kinda happy they are under new management

What a waste. No inter lnet no tv signal water pressure is none existence. Shower made for a midget. How is this place even allowed to operate. Here for a week and they can't even help but they take ur money no problem. City needs to condemn this place. And people that work here need to be fired

The room is very outdated. I was afraid to put my stuff down. The sheets are supposed to be white, but they are not. There was hair in the bed. Trash under the bed, and there is no bulbs in the lamps on the wall. I’m borderline OCD so stuff like this bothers me.

The room rate is cheaper than any other hotel/motel in the area.

Pros Ac works great they have armed security patrolling at night tv could be better but it has basic cable there is alot of stores and restaurants close to the location and staff is respectful no bugs Cons no swimming pool not in a great location but the drama stays outside of the property shower heads could be taller For 55 a night or stay 3 nights get one free you could do alot worse for more money

This place is nasty bad house keeping bed bugs you will find that out if you stay a period of time sheets don't be washed good never wash the bed spread I've been here two months don't clean the bathroom good just a all out nasty place I advise everyone don't come here.

This is a 0 star hotel they say rooms come with microwave,fridge and wifi it comes with nun of that NOT EVEN A ROOM PHONE then it's none REFUNDABLE . The white woman that work in the lobby always keep it lock so the one microwave they have in the lobby you can't use this is PATHETIC.... JULY 4 ,2023
