I visit herein a decent amount. Jerey amd Christea always give great customer service and also explain what's the best product to buy from them. When you are looking for a great 24hr spot don't be afraid to swing by and pay these guys a visit...

Rome and Christian are the main reasons I will come back to this store! Not only were they extremely helpful and knowledgeable about, well everything I asked, but made me feel completely comfortable in an already awkward situation! They did the same thing with everyone I saw come in! Thank you guys so much for letting me walk around the entire store for hours looking at EVERYTHING!!

If I could give this location ten stars I would and for several reasons. First, great location, easy access to entrances of both stores in the front and back (or I suppose I should say the rear! LoL ;) Ample parking and very well lit in comparison to the other locations and this store has a nice, happy safe vibe to it, which is important to me as a female. This store is well maintained and products are merchandised in a way that lets shoppers know they’re dealing with professionals who know their business. As if those qualities aren’t enough…this location takes everything a step further by staffing the stores with employees who have been trained properly and who go above and beyond for their consumers. Yes, Rome and Christian I am talking about the both of you!! You guys always make me feel like I have arrived home when I come in the store and are always attentive, respectful and eager to help me determine what kinds of solutions are available to address whatever need or needs that brought me in that day. These guys are industry experts, but more importantly, they are perfect gentlemen- and I do not throw that term around loosely! They do not hesitate to address any questions that I have and each time they have delivered an amazing customer experience by making suggestions and upselling, thereby building larger baskets, ultimately earning the company more revenue…which is more crucial than ever before given the new Dallas City ordinance that has cut their legs off by forcing them to be open less hours than in the past. Such an amazing experience at this particular store. Very clean and very well organized. The lady who attended us was super sweet and funny. She was such a great help and made the best suggestion for what my husband and I were looking for. If you happen to swing by, please ask for Maria, that was her name.

Had a great experience at New Fines Arts I the love field area tonight. The store was clean and had a friendly vibe to it from the minute I walked in till I exited. All my shopping inquiries were seen to. Not sure about other shifts but late evening was great and will make me return for more.
