I'd
rate
this
"alright"
for
a
two-star
hotel.
Staff
were
all
very
friendly.
It's
just
across
the
highway
(though
not
quite
walkable)
from
the
Walnut
Hill
DART
station
&
surrounding
development
for
lots
of
food
&
activity
options.
I
stayed
in
a
king
suite
on
a
work
trip;
ended
up
in
an
accessible
room
as
it
was
the
only
remaining
suite.
Not
a
lot
of
good
lighting
in
the
room
-
all
task
lighting
or
lamps
in
specific
areas,
and
the
"master
switch"
by
the
door
did
not
control
them
all
as
implied.
The
wifi
worked
for
my
laptop
but
not
for
my
Android
phone;
I
dialed
the
"internet
support"
key
on
the
room
phone
and
was
connected
directly
to
their
internet
provider
(?!)
to
troubleshoot.
We
got
it
fixed
but
I
found
that
a
bit
odd
to
have
to
manage
as
a
guest.
The
bath
towels
were
very
rough
and
small.
The
paint
on
the
tub
was
peeling.
The
tub
stopper
was
too
loose
to
stay
open
while
using
the
shower,
it
was
unscrewed
when
I
arrived
so
I
left
it
as-is.
I
appreciated
that
the
water
pressure
wasn't
crazy
hard!
Some
toiletries
are
provided
-
shampoo,
conditioner,
body
wash,
bars
of
handsoap,
and
a
hair
dryer.
No
lotion.
The
room
and
hotel
have
stylish
and
modern-looking
finishes
(a
sofa
bed
from
West
Elm?!)
but
seemed
to
be
a
bit
worn
down
overall.
You
have
to
request
housekeeping;
they
did
come
by
unprompted
on
the
second
morning
of
my
stay
to
make
up
the
bed
and
leave
a
bigger/nicer
bath
towel
which
I
appreciated.
The
bed
was
comfy
but
the
pillows
were
all
pretty
deflated.
The
TV
remotes
barely
worked,
no
matter
how
far
or
at
what
angle
I
tried
to
aim
them
at
the
TV.
This
hotel
is
situated
along
the
frontage
road
of
a
10-lane
highway
so
lots
of
noise
outside
but
it's
mostly
white
noise
/
not
noticable
once
you're
in
the
room,
even
though
my
room
on
the
third
floor
faced
the
highway.
The
little
market
for
food
and
snacks
by
the
front
desk
is
nice.
I
didn't
try
the
free
breakfast,
the
small
lap
pool,
or
the
fitness
area.
