If I could give this location 0 stars I would. The front desk associate is GREAT, however the HOTEL is DISGUSTING. Was a non-smoking room and it reeked of smoke. Lots of homeless and crackheads around this location. I walked in the hotel and checked out within 15 minutes. HOLES in the “clean” sheets, DIRTY towels, hair on the floor and shower when I hadn’t used it… absolutely disgusting. I would not send my worst enemy to stay here. Absolutely NOT a good hotel.

Cigarette burns in bed linens, hair in towels, no hand towel-holder, alarm clock, coffee maker, hairdryer, or breakfast (unless you consider a plastic-wrapped Danish "breakfast"). Still, I wouldn't be posting a review if the service hadn't been so awful. I had to be up early on the day of checkout, but around midnight I was awoken by my room phone. I answered to someone wanting to book a room. I told them they had the wrong number and hung up, but a few minutes later I got another call, and then another, and another, all from people wanting to book rooms. I called the front desk to tell them about the issue. The clerk was rude, didn't try to solve the problem, and then hung up on me. I had to unplug my phone to get the calling to stop, and when I mentioned it to the clerk on checkout, he was unapologetic. Would not recommend this place.

I would not recommend this hotel. Some amenities they claim they have, they do not. No blow dryers, no coffee maker in room, microwave has missing components. The door of out room had a gap at the top as if it had been busted in. The pool was green. Breakfast consisted of pre packaged muffins and coffee. The only plus I give this is the bed was comfortable.

Absolutely trash hotel. The rooms stink and the customer service is terrible. Save your money, go to a different motel.

The conditions here are really bad. The floor seem to have been mopped and the air conditioner worked well. Those are the only two positive things about our stay. We had to come to Dallas for an early morning appointment that we only found out about late in the afternoon, so we really didn't have time to figure out other (decent!) accommodations. It was fairly close to the office we had to visit. The gentleman at the front desk wasn't rude.

Do not stay here. It's disgusting. The place has bed bugs, the bed was wet, there is no breakfast despite saying it's included, the room was dirty and the sheets and towels were stained. DO NOT STAY HERE

The room was gross. Horrible experience. The cover had a burn in it. The bathtub also was burnt. Some of the outlets didn't work. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The door looked like someone had broken in to the room before. No breakfast included like the website said. To top it off roaches. When I told the guy at the front he said he would make a note and call in the morning to get a refund and he didn't. I got charged for the full amount. DO NOT STAY THERE!!!! GROSS

This hotel is run by a scammer. He says he is the Manager and tge attendant! I reserved this room online and when I arrived at the hotel I couldn't believe what was happening in the parking lot so I immediately called to cancel the reservation. I was told it was canceled and everything was fine. When I didn't receive my refund I called the hotel to see what happens and was told by Mr. Patell that I never canceled! If you are booking through a third party do not book here. When he thought it was just a reservation everything was fine but when he found out it was through Priceline he changed his story! Total Scammer. I will be reporting the activities in the parking lot as well!

No breakfast, no hair dryer, no pool, no peace of mind. No blanket, just a thin dust cover/sheath, wornout sheets and tiny pillows. Black mold on the ceiling, cigarette burns in all of the bed linens. Four people had to share two towels, two bath cloths and one tiny bottle of shampoo. My husband and I shared one towel and our children shared the other. At least there were two small bars of soap. Worst of all, we were put in a smoking room after reserving a nonsmoking. Had trouble breathing for days afterward. This hotel is in a really bad area! Had to watch our vehicle all night. Nice enough staff, but they are understandably cautious of guests. Contacted Priceline.com immediately after checking in, spent hours conversing online only to be told I'd have to contact their Priceline Group Company... Booking.com. There was no resolution. The online description was a complete and total lie. We asked questions about the discrepancies, but we did not want to otherwise confront the staff. Obviously they are used to dealing with another type of guest and we'd prefer to not be accused of any of the common issues I'm sure they regularly deal with. We witnessed one employee having to use a mop to chase away a very troublesome character. This is not a safe place!!! Unsavory characters were constantly passing thru and were often very loud and rambunctious, women were being picked up and dropped off regularly and there were multiple fights in the parking area close to our vehicle. We couldn't rest at all. The pricepoint is very misleading. This was a $50 accommodation AT BEST. We payed $90 and were unable to resolve the reservation issues with priceline.com at the time of check-in, and likely will never receive any recompense.

You're better off sleeping in your car. This place is dirty and not safe. They don't have a pool, they don't have free breakfast. They most definitely don't have clean sheets or towels.this place should be condemned.

The motel room was clean and decent for the price. The sheets were clean and the mattress was very comfortable. The outside is clean but looks a little run-down.

False advertising i reserved my room on the 800 # & they told me it had free bkfst and pool & it had neither,,,even the website advertised the same thing🤬The beds were horrible you would sink in the middle. The bathroom was dirty it had a used soap in the bathtub & the tub was dirty. To top it off the refund takes 7-10 days🙄🙄

My daughter and I reserved a one night stay at this hotel and we arrived at 10:30 p.m. We drove from Amarillo and as I checked in I asked the desk clerk for a disability accessible room and he informed me that he didn’t have one available, all bottom floor rooms were occupied so we either get a room upstairs or go somewhere else. I explained to him that there was no way my daughter could walk up their stairs. I asked for my money back and I could go elsewhere. He advised he couldn’t and I’d need to wait for the Manager. The next day I called Priceline to explain to them the situation and they said they had to talk to the Manager to get my money back. The Manager told Priceline that we were a no show. Priceline had notes of our situation, but Priceline and the hotel Manager refuses to refund our money. I would give this hotel a 0 star if it would let me. I am very disappointed in the way everyone handled a situation that was out of my control!! These past few days that I have tried to resolve this has been very frustrating and ashamed for those people who have no respect for people who are desperately in need and I’m hurting for my daughter.

The room was comfortable enough, however the microwave was broken and the breakfast was just a pastry, fruit, orange juice and coffee and since I'm diabetic I couldn't take anything, not even the coffee (no sugar substitute)

This entire company is a scam. Room smelled like mold, jacuzzi had a thick layer of skin cells on it, carpet had what I can only pray we’re mayonnaise stains and while it’s advertised as non smoking, there were cigarette burns on the bathtub. Property also has bullet holes throughout. All for $189.75.

Got the room because it was cheapest near Dallas Didn't even stay the night there. Lost money, but have the peace of mind of not bringing bed bugs home. The smoking room smelled horrendous, bed bugs found near bed floor, tiles falling off from bathroom, and the bath tub has orange, earwax like stains on it. I quickly learned dallas is not the place to skimp on a cheap hotel. Go to the hotels next door. Much nicer

For the location, which isn’t the most ideal, the motel isn’t bad. The rooms are clean, staff is nice, and the A/C works well. Only complaint is that booking in person or extending is really expensive.

I booked for a non-smoking room and they gave me a smelly room with cigarettes burns on the bedsheets that causes me headaches. There is no warm water for shower nor soap. The room is dusty as well.

Room was very clean and spacious. The only downside was that we had unwanted guest being really loud right outside our room door.
