I stayed here because my airline cancelled my flight and this is where they put me up overnight. The staff were friendly. The location is awful. The amenities are non existent. Keeping in mind I didn't have my suitcase with me, and had been traveling all day, I was disappointed to find that they did not have vending machines, other than ice cream, and they didn't have anything in the breakfast area in the morning. When I asked about vending, I was told I could walk to the gas station nearby that's a different, very frightening review The sirens and noise from other guests were the not conducive for sleep and I was propositioned in the hall. The room seemed cleaning but the hotel overall was a bad paint job over old paint jobs. It felt rundown. Please note, I stay at LQs often, and at other Wyndham properties occasionally. This just doesn't meet their basic standards.

Our first and last time staying here. We got in around 3am, our AC didn't work. It felt better in the hallway and lobby area. Our room felt like it did in the elevator, no ventilation and very stuffy. They gave us another room at a discounted price, room feels the exact same. Very uncomfortable and I couldn't sleep at all. My toddler and I have to have the room cold to be able to sleep. Especially since I'm pregnant. They couldve told us they were having problems with the AC due to a power outage but they didnt. The receptionist and security guard working was nice though. The breakfast sucked. Waffles, apples, 3 cereals, bread and jelly

01/31-02/03/ 2024* Best under $75 a night hotel in Dallas! Our handicap accessible room was so clean and fresh looking. The bed was real comfortable and everything worked perfectly. The hotel is super clean with new, modern furnishings. Plenty of security measures and a big swimming pool.We highly recommend this Wyndham property!!

Please don’t stay in this hotel. I really think there better hotel in the area with good prices. Me and my small family stay in this hotel for 2 days and is one of the worse hotel that we had stayed. Don’t be fooled by its exterior and the hobby area. They need to really work on maintaining the hotel clean and organized. They only had 1 elevator working that was with trash and the hallway was dirty an in the hallway smell like mold. The hotel bathroom had rusty broken hole in the bathtub. In the midnight was people running and talking super loud in the hallway and smoking. Also, in the hallway going to the elevator they had a lot of old and moldy mattresses. Only one elevator was working. Again please don’t get distracted with the exterior that look really clean and beautiful. After you pass the check in desk and star walking in the hallway to your room you know how dirty, moldy and stinky the hotel is and they really need to hired more staff.

I had a horrible experience at the hotel down the street the quality inn. I am not from Dallas drove out from Oklahoma, and needed a hotel for my children and I. The quality in. Was rude, and NOT safe for my children. In 20 min the quality inn, gave access to my room to 3 different guests that walked in on us. It was a very scary situation.. so I went to la Quinta inn. And they were so amazing . The guys at the front desk were super nice, the hotel was really clean, and safe. No issues at all. They have an outdoor pool so my kids were happy. I even forgot my deposit and they called me to remind me. Both night shift and day were super helpful, and friendly. What could have been a bad day for my family and I, turned out to be a good night thanks to the staff at this hotel. Safe, good customer service, new renovated rooms. Clean, and courteous. Of course the neighborhood was bad, women working the streets everywhere, but it didn’t bother us, the hotel felt safe.

Booked a handicap accessible room. However, the shower wasn't a walk in but a tub that had bars and the shower chair was standing outside the tub. The shower head wasn't adjustable so you had to sit where you could get hit by the water. The sink wasn't lowered to be wheelchair accessible. The hair dryer was in a drawer under the tv. Overall, not what I had expected when I booked the room. I'm due to UT Southwest hospital tomorrow morning for a procedure and they want me showered before I arrive so I guess my husband and I will work something out. Also, why is the handicap room at the end of the hall farthest away from the elevator?

Ciriano is one of the best and makes sure you are happy. This hotel is very clean and the rooms are well cleaned and sanitized. They offer a wide variety of breakfast food choices. Unfortunately, the waffles and coffee aren’t very tasty! They need a new food vendor. The location may look a bit sketchy, but you will not have any issues and will be safe! Between Cipriano, hotel security, and all the employees that remain aware. The housekeeping staff is the world’s greatest! My room was impeccable.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room and lobby is very clean. Considering the circumstances for my stay, don't have any complaints. There is a Dennys and small convenience store right next to the hotel.

Room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, bed was very comfortable, towels and bed linens perfectly clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful—our heat didn’t seem to be working right, and they came right in and got it running immediately. Breakfast was great, complete with Texas-shaped waffles. Location was close to downtown, and very convenient to the freeway. Definitely recommend.

I have many negative points for this hotel, Check out is at 11 and the cleaning lady started screaming very loudly And opened my door at 9:30, I was without clothes but clearly the lady doesn't care, She just said it's fine... On Sunday this is not ok very dirty bath tub, dirty mirror, dirty zinc. The front desk guy was very rude I would not go back

This by far the worst hotel I have every been in. Floors were so nasty as you were getting off the elevators. MOLD MOLD MOLD 🤮 was on the mattress of the sofa bed. Please make sure you look at your mattress before you stay. They will fix the sofa bed up so that you will not have to fix so they could hide the filth of the mattress but CHECK CHECK CHECK. Better yet don’t even waste your time. Also I’ve had tried to reach the manager about the problem and he never returned my call. The first night we heard shooting like five shots and they said it came from the interstate but it was way to close. Lights were not working, iron was not working, and the air conditioner was making loud noises. Would not ever step foot into that place again. Please do not waste your money!!

Worked will with us. My son just got out of surgery. They got us a fist floor close to a exit door for him with a late check out time so we could wait the 24 hour after surgery to travel. Thank to the management. I really appreciate it 🙏.

Cancelled my reservation when I pulled up. Ladies of the night at entrance. Cadillac with a man watching them from parking lot. Front windows broken out. Went to the room air conditioner so loud you couldn’t talk. Shouldn’t be affiliated with Wyndham hotels. Terrible neighborhood

The front desk guy was horrible. I stayed labor day weekend and it just so happened that my cousin had been in a hit and run. And passed away. I had a few visitors who stopped by and give their condolences, and the front desk called the room and stated "that it didn't have anything to do with him and he didn't care that if I had anyone else stop by that they would kick me out and keep my deposit." That really messed my head up after losing someone so close to me.

Not being from this area, my family and I decided to book this hotel from a booking website because the pictures shown made it look very nice and accommodating. Upon arrival, we were disgusted to find used condoms scattered across the parking lot. This hotel is also near strip clubs and overall not a great area, that should’ve been enough to cancel our whole reservation and find a new hotel, except… this establishment doesn’t issue refunds. So unfortunately, we had to stay there. Here’s a rundown of our experience: -We got catfished with fake pictures of the hotel, their lobby was the nicest place in the entire building. -Rooms/bathrooms had mold in them. -Carpets were stained and filthy. -Roaches were found in bathtubs. -The sliding windows in the rooms did not have screens on them, allowing bugs in. -There was very limited items for their breakfast. -Housekeeping doesn’t replenish towels, you have to take them down and ask for them. -Overall bad smell in the establishment As far as their staffing, one front desk gal was very nice and understanding of our issues with the mold and bugs in two of our rooms and were able to move us into different rooms that did not have visible mold in it. But other than that, it was a very uncomfortable experience. I also wouldn’t recommend staying here if you have children.

I called before I came and asked if they had Netflix the guy on the phone said yes we do have Netflix in our hotel. I asked more than two times and he assured me they did have Netflix in the rooms. The guy that answered the phone was rushing me to give my credit card info to reserve the room or else he said he wouldn't be able to promise we'd be able to get a room. I told him I could pay when I arrived that I was driving and he clearly didn't care. I managed to give him my credit card info and we came in. When I called we were only ten to fifteen minutes away and when we got here clearly they had a lot of vacancy. We got in our room and tried to watch a movie on Netflix and they didn't have any smart tvs. I called the front desk and a guy without uniform came to our room and acted as if he was setting it up but didn't do anything but waste our time. He also asked if we had the smaller remote which we didn't. I told him we were told over the phone they did have Netflix and he said I just got here I don't know who you spoke with. The guy who came to our room forgot his keys in our room and came back knoking. In the morning there was loud music, and loud noise from remodeling I guess, the housekeeping lady opened our door before 9am. Another guy came knocking ten minutes before ten am saying I was told yall had left. They said check out was at 11 when we came in. The front desk guy didn't have the kindest service. Clearly disorganized and liars. I wouldn't come back.

Bad customer service I will not recommend this hotel , if you have to attend to MoneyGram soccer fields, customer service at night is horrible they will not allow you to be in the lobby hanging out even though it was only 7:30pm they want for us to be in our rooms, all of the parents after our games, they will not want for you to be in the lobby even if you are not doing anything wrong but just hanging out with all the soccer parents and kids for little bit before going to bed. I will not recommend this hotel at all!!!!

It's safe to say that this hotel's location is on the subpar side. While not necessarily inconvenient, it lacks the charm or accessibility that many other hotels offer. The room, unfortunately, didn't elevate the overall experience. It was functional but lacked any special touches or notable features that would set it apart. The breakfast experience was marred by delays in preparation. Waiting for breakfast to be ready became a bit of a routine, and when it finally arrived, it failed to impress. Admittedly, complimentary, continental breakfasts aren't typically gourmet affairs, but this one didn't even meet the modest expectations. It was a basic offering that left much to be desired in terms of variety and taste. Moving on to the gym, it had its quirks, and not the positive kind. A peculiar and quite pungent smell lingered, making the workout experience less than enjoyable. This was a notable drawback, especially for those who prioritize a pleasant and odor-free environment when exercising. Or in general. To add to the list of disappointments, the TV channel selection in the room fell short of expectations. A limited range of channels left me wanting more, especially during moments of downtime when some quality entertainment would have been appreciated. In conclusion, this hotel offers an average stay with room for improvement in various aspects. While it may suffice for a short and straightforward visit, those seeking a more comfortable and enjoyable experience might want to explore other options. The rating reflects the overall mediocrity – not terrible, but certainly not exceptional. Far from it.

Absolutely horrendous experience at this hotel DO NOT STAY HERE TRUST ME!!! Our room was filthy and disgusting. Halls dark and dirty staff incompetent, We immediately left and didn’t even stay more than fifteen minutes. We were told we would receive a refund and have been waiting months for our refund. We have called and been given the run around multiple times. Either the manager isn’t there or they don’t know how to do a refund SERIOUSLY!? How is this hotel even still in business we will be seeking legal action as we did not even use their room!

I enjoyed my stay at LA Quinta. This LA Quinta is in a bad part of Dallas. Also having the Hallway under construction is not a good look for people staying at LA Quinta.

First room we were given was disgusting!! When we went back downstairs the front desk was very accommodating in getting us another room, but the second room had visible blood stains on the carpet, like there was no hiding it.

Driving up we immediately knew we were in a questionable part of town. To each their own, we carry and were not too worried, although it was difficult explaining to our 8 year old why there were so many ladies roaming around in their bathing suits. The hotel management is definitely trying hard to keep a safe and clean environment for it's guest. We overheard the clerk getting onto the ladies of the night regarding the establishment. There is a $100 deposit expected. Security staff were visible about the hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable. The ac worked perfectly. We were on the first floor and the noise level was tolerable.
