Welcomeing hosts who provided us with delicious home cooked breakfast . The Room we stayed was spacious bright comfortable and very clean . Best if all close to the hot springs , cafes and restaurants. We will definitely book again in our future trips to Rye .

What a wonderful little gem on the Mornington Peninsula! My mum and I loved our stay at Sunny Side Up. The room and entire house is very clean and tidy, there’s a lovely backyard space to relax in and the three-course breakfast is just delightful! The owners are so incredibly warm, welcoming and kind. They even put birthday candles in my waffles for my birthday :) The Belgian waffles are next level delicious! Thank you so much to Sunny Side Up!

Super cute BnB. Hosts were lovely, rooms were clean and spotless. There is a very nice large common area and a nice outdoor hot tub for use. Breakfast was fantastic with multiple homemade courses. Easy walk to the beach and a lovely multi-use trail. Close to Mornington wineries. Highly recommend

Everything you could hope for in a B&B. Soft comfortable beds, peace and quiet, delicious homemade breakfast, cozy, spotless and beautifully decorated sunlit room in a classic house. Theo & Carine clearly put love into everything they do.

We found Sunny Side up for our last-minute accommodation down at Rye and arrived at a beautiful property hidden amongst the back streets. Manicured gardens and a warm welcome from our host, with a beautifully decorated shared accommodation consisting of 3 rooms, a lounge, dining and kitchen area, outdoor area and a large outdoor spa which was relaxing after a big afternoon. The bedrooms were gorgeous and comfortable with everything you needed. Then, the next morning, we were treated to a delicious home cooked breakfast and waffles! Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Perfect place to stay. A beautiful room. The Loft. Gorgeous 😍 The house has 3 rooms. Two rooms with ensuite and one The Loft with a bathroom at the end of the hallway. Outside there is a spa and somewhere to sit and relax. The greenery is beautiful with all plants named. Colour me impressed!

Nice and clean property, which was great for a 2 day trip down Mornington way, short drive to the Hot Springs. Many positives, including a very clean property (which included a spa), friendly hosts, and a generous three course breakfast.

An absolutely gorgeous B&B complete with very clean & comfortable suites and amenities, lovely lounge and outdoor area to relax in, amazing hot cooked breakfast - eggs any way you want and Belgium waffles! Loved the honesty bar with Belgium beers - a great idea! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Theo and Carine were amazing hosts and we will be back. Thank you!

Wonderful little B&B! Theo and Carine were amazing hosts - great to be able to chat over a love of plants and food - their recommendation for dinner was perfect! Mid-week girls getaway to the hot springs with an overnight stay at this gorgeous B&B. Booked out all three rooms so we had the place to ourselves. Beautiful rooms, spa and a delicious 3 course breakfast. Carine and Theo were fantastic hosts. Highly recommended and will be back.

Theo and Carine were incredibly friendly, helpful, and informative. Also very accommodating to our dietary requirements for a beautifully cooked breakfast. The house was immaculate, and our room was spacious and had all necessary amenities. Stunning gardens and private spa on offer. Only a short walk down the street, but in a nice and quiet tucked away back street. We'll definitely be back!

Pros: wonderful, welcoming hosts, a great breakfast (complete with authentic Belgian waffles), inviting room and comfortable bed, hot tub and a great selection of imported European beers! Cons: Only stayed one night! Highly recommend Sunny Side Up, will definitely be back!

Theo and Carine are very warm and inviting and made us feel right at home. Our room and all communal areas were always spotlessly clean and the breakfasts were delicious and had lots of options. Great location close to the beach and shops.

Beautiful accommodation in gorgeous setting, hosts extremely welcoming and kind the authentic Brussels waffle with breakfast was delish! Warm, clean rooms and comfy beds, use of a hot tub and stunning Australian native gardens. 10/10 recommend to anyone needing a homey safe and warm place to stay. Thank you for everything!
