The
product
range
is
great
and
prices
are
competitive
,
however,
the
customer
service
is
severely
lacking
in
store.
We
went
in
with
the
intention
to
spend
$600
on
a
swag
plus
another
$400
on
a
stretcher
and
asked
the
staff
member
if
we
can
possibly
see
one
set
up.
His
response
was
simply
“no,
we
don’t
have
one
set
up
and
we
don’t
have
any
in
stock”.
That
was
it,
no
solution
offered.
We
ended
up
going
next
door
to
Aussie
Disposals
to
see
a
similar
brand
that
was
on
display
then
placed
our
order
through
Tent
World.
Returned
a
few
weeks
later
when
our
order
arrived.
We
stood
at
the
counter
while
another
customer
was
being
served
for
about
5
minutes
-
we
counted
3
additional
staff
members
who
weren’t
with
customers
who
walked
and
stood
behind
the
counter
yet
didn’t
look
at
us
or
offer
any
kind
of
service.
Once
we
did
get
to
pay
for
our
order
the
staff
member
brought
it
to
the
counter
(two
large
heavy
boxes)
and
plonked
them
on
the
floor
-
took
them
off
his
trolley
and
pointed
to
a
smaller
trolley
and
said
we
could
use
that.
Not
a
single
offer
to
help
get
the
boxes
to
the
car!
While
waiting
another
lady
wanted
some
information
on
a
kids
camping
chair,
she
offered
to
show
the
staff
member
behind
the
counter
which
chair
she
was
looking
at
but
he
refused
to
walk
from
behind
the
desk
and
searched
on
his
computer,
despite
this
she
told
him
she’d
go
get
it
herself
and
literally
had
the
chair
in
hand
less
than
1
minute
later.
It
all
seems
minor
and
I
don’t
usually
complain
in
reviews
but
Tent
World
in
Ferntree
Gully
REALLY
needs
to
up
their
customer
service
game,
especially
being
the
only
store
in
Victoria.
I
will
only
shop
online
from
now
on
as
it
seems
like
a
waste
of
time
going
into
the
store.
