EDIT: Cafeteria is open again. Always good value. Stocks are a bit hit and miss. Be prepared to walk a mile, as they love to take you through the whole store. Don't forget the cafe upstairs. EDIT: Still going strong! Take the 109 Tram Get your parking validated.

Horrible products, horrible service. The stuff is so cheap and nasty it's liable to cause serious injury. Purchased 5 products and had to return 4 due to faults, broken parts, and systems being not fit for use. Only reason the 5th one worked, (PAX wardrobe) was due to significant modifications. (It also had three broken parts, and I couldn't be bothered taking it apart). We had to omit the sliding doors as the weight of the doors (same as the KUNGSBACKA hinged doors) was pulling out the chipboard on the top and sides where the screws were every time it moved. Also will destory your hand if it gets caught. Had to get replacement parts for it too. These never arrived so I made other modifications. Clearly no testing or QA was performed. By far the worst of all is the METOD suspension rail. The only mounts the METOD cabinets have are on the rear and for this rail. The attacments provided make a lot of movement and the brackets that attach onto the rail are secured by 3 close together screws. You can see (and hear) these crack and split the chipboard each time as it cannot even handle the weight of opening the door. If you want your cabinets to collapse and kill your children, use it! Ikea takes no responsibilty for it's actions or products. You are whisked around from department to department like cattle in corrals. They constantly encourage me to go into the store. Its a two hour drive away and the store is a retail prison. Ikea is a nightmare that will last far longer than any of it's products.

Gotta love IKEA! This store is huge, well laid out, and has everything you need for your home. The quality of their product has also improved over the years, the staff are helpful, and pickup by the carpark is easy. Parking is free for about 4 hours, weekends get very busy, and there is easy disability access throughout the store.

Awesome location to shop. You need one hour or more, to explore the great selection. The information provided on tags aid with the ease of locations of products in storage. Thank you.

The store side is fine: standard IKEA stuff, and by now everyone knows the concept. This is no different and works well enough. Price/quality ratios in most products are pretty good. The restaurant side has unfortunately taken a turn for the worse since pre-pandemic; the selections are narrower (no more chips even for kids meals), the prices more expensive ($10+ for a small 8 meatball portion with a tiny, maybe 100ml, portion of mash), the meatballs smaller. Even fountain drinks were all out of order the last time I was there.

Fantastic space and displays showing modern settings to inspire and making it easy to visualise placement and use of the items for sale. Generous parking building makes it easy to arrive at IKEA. Fantastic range of inexpensive food and drinks to keep you and your family quenched. There is a lot to see and do. COVID has effected the supply of some product lines.

IKEA Richmond is huge and the display rooms are great. There is also an ikea restaurant on the top level. For parking - you can follow the signs in the car park up to the top two levels where there is a furniture loading dock. Parking is not free, however it is cheap. I think I paid $2 for a few hours of parking.

After driving from western suburbs of Melbourne we arrived at IKEA. Couldn’t locate the console table we wanted so asked a staff member who said it was in such and such area which it wasn’t. Asked another staff member who actually looked it up and showed us where it was so points to him (Luna) Went into the warehouse and asked a girl where it was and she told us we would have to go 5 minutes down the road to there off site warehouse after we pay for it. What a joke! IKEA should state that on their website instead of available. After paying for petrol and tolls to get there it would have been cheaper and heaps easier to pay for delivery. IKEA , never again for me.

Been a fan, until I opted to go buy ikea kitchen. I have to drive so many items because out of stock items, spare part missing etc. And Today I drove all the way 30kms to get the spare parts that were missed as part of package and they say they don't have any. What I am supposed to do when you have sold me a item with missing parts.

What's with drivers refusing to take the item through the door ? They legit said up to front of house is as far as they will go. So the two drivers left it there, my missus who was home alone ain't carrying that in by her self.

Recently I bought a malm drawer and one of the four drawer was of a different pattern even though the same colour and looks odd which I noticed after assembly. I never thought something like could happen from an unopened box this is a first. Upon calling customer care I was advised to bring it to change. I couldn't bring myself to dismantle and go to Ikea again to switch its just too much of a hassle and time spent. I just hope they could do something else about it.

Just came for the food because I came by public transport with friends with the goal to see a movie. (We saw Nope) The plant based balls are high quality and I definitely recommend them for even non vegetarians / vegans. Oh and the desserts are really nice too but wish there was an easier way to take them to go.

To be honest I got lost in this place with all of similar rooms. At least I was able to grab some goodies on the way. I ordered some meatballs which were out of all the ones I had THE BEST. this is one of the best shops I've been too and I recommend it to people for the shopping experience 10/10

A place to look at your home with IKEA'S eye. Great ideas to furnish ,redecorate and construct your most practical kitchens and bedrooms. Great place to visit. A canteen to have good snack or a swedish breakfast. Nice and tasty. 😋
