This
is
a
lovely
store
with
beautiful
jewelry.
My
husband
had
purchased
4
granine
and
Morton
pieces
here,
which
don’t
have
many
retailers,
and
are
very
unique,
and
I
absolutely
adore
them.
However,
I
am
appalled
by
how
they
have
handled
an
issue
I
had
with
a
ring
my
husband
bought
last
summer.
It
was
a
gold
band
with
diamonds
and
lavender
enamel
around
the
band.
He
gave
it
to
me
in
July,
by
the
first
week
of
August
the
enamel
was
peeling
off
in
pieces.
Once
I
was
back
in
Dallas,
I
brought
it
in.
They
were
not
even
very
apologetic,
making
me
feel
like
I’d
somehow
done
something
wrong.
They
said
they’d
talk
with
the
designer.
We
have
followed
up
twice
with
vague
responses—“oh
we’re
figuring
it
out”—no
apology,
no
offer
of
refund
or
store
credit.
They
say
there’s
no
way
to
repair.
It’s
now
May
of
following
year.
It’s
like
they
think
I
will
just
forget
about
it.
Well
I
haven’t
forgotten.
They’ve
lost
a
customer
and
I
am
very
sad
because
I
love
the
store
and
I
have
a
birthday
present
I
never
got
to
enjoy.
If
it
was
my
store
I’d
be
embarrassed
to
sell
something
that
fell
apart
and
then
to
do
nothing
about
it
and
not
even
follow
up
to
explain.
I’m
still
waiting
on
a
call
and
I
have
a
feeling
I’ll
be
waiting
for
a
while.
