Not happy with this company's policies. My wife and I went to exchange a necklace she received as a Christmas gift. All she wanted was the same necklace in a different color, but the staff here refused an even exchange. They wouldn't honor the original purchase price that our relative had paid (she had used a Cyber Monday discount code), and we had to pay an additional $15 to get the same necklace in a different color. Also, similar to what I've read in other reviews, the staff at this location was rather uppity, and customer service wasn't their top priority. Customer service was definitely lacking. The two associates we worked with seemed put out that they actually had to assist my wife and I with something. Not going back to this location again, and questioning whether we're going to keep shopping at Kendra Scott.

I won a color bar drawing for my birthday and we had an AMAZING TIME at my little “party”. We enjoyed the wonderful customer service! We bought so many items! This is my favorite location!! 💙

Ordered gold online, got what looked like silver. It’s fine, their gold isn’t very gold, not this store’s fault. The one star is for when exchanging, they didn’t put the charm back in the bag like it originally came in the mail. So that ruins the presentation of the gift. Point of ordering online and clicking “this is a gift” is so that it can be packed like a gift. It arrived to me like a gift, but after the exchange it’s missing the bag that the jewelry comes in and the charm isn’t attached to anything like a cardboard or presented in a way that looks new. So it’s just a random loose charm floating around in a box. Cool. Very sloppy on the workers part.

I have been going to this location for 90 percent of my purchases. But on Thursday, one of the staff members,center above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer. One of my earrings came apart. I took it back in and showed the girl (wish I could remember her name) and she said no problem, let me get you another pair. She stepped to the back and let me know I bought the last pair. She called a few stores and finally located a pair in Austin. She let me know that she would handle the exchange. By Saturday morning my new replacement earrings were delivered by UPS. This may be typical of Kendra Scott stores but I was impressed by her patience and thoughtfulness. Great store, friendly staff.

This location is absolutely beautiful, we stopped in today to browse and to use my birthday coupon. Heidi was so sweet and helpful, as were all of the employees!

Huge Kendra Scott fan! Stopped in the West Village location before Sunday brunch with my girls. All 3 of us planned to purchase a few items to celebrate birthdays and a retirement. The store was busy when we walked in so we didn’t think much of not being greeted. Time went on, we all picked out our items, and the previous customers cleared out. We still weren’t acknowledged. We made our way to the front and loitered at bit hoping someone would say something but they didn’t. We decided to leave and as we walked out, someone said to our backs…Thank you! I’m sure there was an explanation but 3 sales were missed today.

Took my wife here to let her do some bday shopping. Best customer service ever, very attentive. They made sure they took good care of my wife. On top of that gave her a discount for her bday. Doesn’t get any better than that.

Very sweet safe. They've been nothing short of awesome every time I shop there. Amazing jewelry is what will bring you in, but the great safe will keep you coming back!

I love this Kendra Scott location specifically because of the employees! I had a color bar party planned and had to reschedule several times, an even adjust the guest numbers, but Megan was so helpful and pulled everything together so well! Absolutely the best Color Bar party and despite being put together last minute. The staff also helped my party and me put together several pieces all while being so excited and kind. Megan and the staff even hung out a little later while we were all finishing up shopping and taking pictures. Shout out to Megan and the team for being so nice and holding it down for us! Most of all, Megan's enthusiasm and flexibility were so refreshing and lovely. Can't wait to be back here, hopefully soon!

OK so I'm not so mad anymore for having to go out shopping on #MemorialDayWeekend. These lil swanky places offer the guys beers as you wait for your wifey. That's what I'm talking about right there. #KendraScott

I have to give a big shout out to everyone at this location. I took my 7-year old for her early (1 day before) gift. They her like royalty. She let them know that this was her first time and they gave her the royal treatment. She has officially deemed this a new birthday tradition. She also purchased a notebook and water bottle with her own money. Thank you for making my soon to be 8-year old happy!

I ordered online. The website says to give 3 hours for pickup; however, I arrived shortly after placing the order, and they quickly packaged order in gift wrap and sent me on my way. Great experience. Friendly staff. Super helpful. Only downfall, this location is a pain to get to, but a beautiful area.

Cali was who helped me today at the store and she was so patient and so helpful because I was picking everything from necklaces, earrings, bracelets. She really spent time taking care of me and I really appreciated it!!!! Would def return to this store and absolutely love Kendra Scott!!!

Came in here with my boyfriend during the day today. No one greeted us when we entered. There were 3 workers inside the store and no other customers. Bad service here.
